Varios fueron los aspectos osos.
*La atención de Viviana, en el servicio de desayuno, es un punto importante en la estancia. Predisposición a tener todos los productos ofrecidos por la empresa en su momento, agregándole amabilidad y demostración de conocer SU TRABAJO.
*La posibilidad de uso del desayunador, para almorzar, merendar y/o cenar, en condiciones de sumo confort.
*Tener a disposición, durante las 24 hrs. café, te, chocolate y/o agua saborizada.
*La atención, amable y predispuesta, del.personal.
*Hubo un inconveniente, error en recepción, creo que por falta de entendimiento en el idioma.
Esto se solucionó, cuando, con la participación del Jefe de Mantenimiento, que habla idioma español, como nosotros., encontraron la forma de solucionarlo.
*En general muy satisfecho por los 7 días de estadía.
Faltaría, en la recepción, que puedan entender al hablar idioma español
La atención del personal y la limpieza
No me gustó que el baño tenia una puerta corrediza pero no era hermética, la puerta no estaba empotrada por lo cual no se cerraba.

Location.
Was given false information on the phone, prior to reservation, that cats are accepted. Upon arrival, and after payment of non-refundable fee for a week of stay, we were told cats are not allowed but after begging, they allowed us to stay “just this time”. Because of overall service (and very dirty and dusty carpet that my cats had an allergic reaction to!), and bar a handful of nice staff, we wouldn’t return anyway.

Funcionários EXCELENTES! Em especial: Viviana, Asia, Dante e Jenniffer. Acomodações super confortáveis, limpeza excelente e o café da manhã incrível. Super próximo a estação de metrô e pontos de ônibus importantes. Mercadinho na rua de cima com comida acessível e vários lugares como Starbucks, Pret a Manger nas ruas de baixo. Muiito muito bom, voltaria super
Location was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices including GF. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and beds very comfortable. Good check in and out times and baggage hold room. My second time here and will definitely stay again.

Sobre todo la situación, en el centro de midtown al lado de la estación central.
El aire acondicionado demasiado alto hasta el punto de tener que desayunar con ropa de abrigo en pleno verano, si bien parece ser una constante en los establecimientos de la ciudad. El desayuno muy normalito y la habitación era algo justa para 4 personas.
Estaba todo limpio
El cuarto es muy pequeño.

konumu iyi , otobüs metro yakın yürüyerek gidilebilecek yerler de var. hemen yanında avis olması araba kiralamak isteyenler için avantaj. Kahvaltısı yeterli , herşey tek kullanımlık. tabaklar çatak bıçak bardaklar. açıkta sunulan yiyecek yok peynir vb hepsi paketli.
otel odaları çok eski , 2 büyük yataklı odada kaldık. oda çok dardı. nevresimler aşırı yıpranmış, içindeki yorganlar garipti. 2. günden sonra oda havasızlıktan çok kötü kokmaya başladı , yeterince havalandıramadık , pencere çok küçük açılıyordu.

La colazione del mattino un po' deludente. Il bacon non c'era praticamente mai....lo yogurt era di bassissima qualità, frutta fresca era scarsa solo banane e o arance rinsecchite o mele. Anche il dolce era di bassissima qualità in quanto c'erano solo muffin industriali o un biscotte terribile sempre più che industriale. Insomma da rivedere totalmente la colazione.
