It was home away from home. It was originally 2 nights but we had to return for one more because we were spoilt by Court
Pros:

Stayed in 246 and 121, from arrival at the driveway, to check in, restaurant, bar and rooms, we were served with a genuine heart. Room was immaculate. The gentleman that dealt with the bathroom situation handled it discreetly, awesome! Food was super delicious. Thank you Mr Dinesh, Mr Ragu, Uday, Kiruthika and Indhukavi and everyone else we encountered with during our stay for your warm hospitality!

Great facilities but staff need to be helpful

The property facilities & breakfast is excellent

Cons:

The front & bellboy service staff need to be more helpful
Ask them to book for me a cab as I don’t have local number, non of the staff was helpful except for one lady staff ask them to do it for me
They need to more helpful to hotel clients

Cons:

The hotel abruptly sent a message cancelling my booking last minute. They blamed booking.com and then when a complaint was raised, they said they could not honour the booking. This hotel's booking policies are untrustworthy. Be careful with this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Trichy
Pros:

This place rocked. Excellent service, great rooms and absolutely lovely breakfast. I loved every minute of it.

Cons:

If there is one thing I would have to bring up it would be the accommodation they provided to drivers. Better beds for them would be great
