Had a great view of the seventh floor facing south great hotel. Awesome room awesome staff awesome restaurant.
The staff were really helpful and polite! The room was really clean, bright and modern looking. We used the executive lounge and enjoyed the comfortable setting and the drinks and snacks.
Exceptional customer service at each phase of my stay, Jordan at front desk very helpful, shuffle service to airport goes beyond expectations. Location almost inside MOA for all weather shopping. Definitely worth the price of admission.
This is the second year my daughter and I have gone to the Mall of America and stayed at this hotel for back to school shopping. The hotel is beautiful, modern clean, conveniently connected right to the Mall of America has friendly staff and a great restaurant with delicious food and tasty drinks. We will be making this a tradition every year.
Beautiful place, excellent restaurant and service. Only marking down a bit because the pool was closed which was very disappointing to my daughter. We generally only book hotels with a pool for her

Great place to stay if planning to experience Mall of America. My kids are 11 & 14 and they were able to walk back to the room and rest whenever they got tired. I can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else! Beds were super comfy and the bathtub was deep and rain shower was lovely. We all agree we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This hotel was very clean, had a great location, and customer service was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No complaints.
Stayed here again for the Paw Patrol event at the Nickelodeon Universe theme park. The hotel is connected to the mall so you don’t have to go outside. All of the staff was friendly & room was clean
This hotel is great. Attached to the Mall of America. Beware the pool is closed. I called ahead and was told we would be able to access another choice hotel pool nearby within walking distance. When we arrived and asked, this was not as easy as it was made to sound by guest services on the phone. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location made up for the lack of a pool.

Housekeeping tried to come in my room (opened my door) at 9:00am. Thank goodness I had the extra lock out! Then he came back an hour later to see what time I was checking out. Not cool.
The hotel was very nice, check in was smooth. The valet was amazing and super helpful with bags, both overnight and shopping! Super convenient for a girls night and school shopping. However there was some garbage on the floor of our room. Likely just missed in cleaning, but unsettling.
Room was not clean on arrival, smelled like a cheap water park hotel mixed with a heavy moldy smell.

The hotel was very accommodating with letting us park in their ramp before check in and even allowed us to check in to our room a few hours early with no fee. They also came to the rescue with a fan for our room as we had forgot ours at home. I do wish we had known about the pool being closed but our main purpose was proximity to the mall, so overall it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
No daily maintenance of room, we had to call front desk for towel change every day. Also, someone opened my room with their key.
Definitely need new pillows, flat as a board. Otherwise, well cleaned, smelt great and nice job on the remodel project
