Was a great experience staying especially being attatched to the mall of america makes accessing extremely convient. However, I was disappointed to see the pool closed I wish that was advertised online before booking. Other than that highly recommend staying!
The whole check in process went smooth. I was able to do an early check in and every employee I encountered was very kind, professional, and polite. Very accommodating.
The room was fantastic. Smelled nice, was very clean, A/C was nice and cold, bed was perfect, no noise issues, and you can’t beat being directly connected to the Mall of America. The lobby and common areas were beautiful and very welcoming. Parking was super easy.
The cost of the room was very reasonable as well.
Minneapolis, Easy to get to, atmosphere and rooms were fantastic for the short amount of time we were there. Our only issue was that when you pay to have valet parking you should also have a sport to charge a card for a tip. We were unable to tip due to not carrying cash on us and we felt terrible. Otherwise everything was perfect.
My stay at Mall of America in Bloomington MN is always pleasant. The Radisson Blu exceeds expectations every time. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel and direct access into the mall is clutch. And the cost for what’s received is amazingly low.
The hotel is wonderful, clean carpet, clean bedding, clean surfaces. The food at hotel restaurant was amazing. We just didn’t understand why we were put into the “disabled” room without any preliminary discussion when we booked a usual room.
Enjoyed my stay. It was easy access to the mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I just didn’t like the half glass in the shower.
Great hotel, clean and convenient
The room are clean, quiet with comfort bedding and rain shower heads was neat. Everything in place that I needed for my trip. Being attached to mall of America is a neat feature. I had lunch in fire lake restaurant and the meal was delicious.
Amazing hotel. Very clean and staff is great as well. This a very convenient location and I love the safety standards this hotel has. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else while visiting Mall of America.

Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They held our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel day much easier. The complimentary airport shuttle was reliable and convenient as well. These extra services really enhanced our stay, and we appreciated how helpful everyone was. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
Amazing stay. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Great access to the mall through a skywalk or you can walk across the drive through the main entrance. Valet staff was very helpful and friendly. Fire Lake bar had funny and speedy service plus great drinks.
The room was clean, comfortable and simple.
The only downfall was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but they did tell us that when we made the reservation.
Had a really nice weekend stay. Convenient mall access, friendly staff, fast room service and very nice rooms. We will be back!

Best location and very comfortable hotel
Our second time at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. We stay here because of the hotel gym, which is well equipped with a seated leg curl machine, leg extension machine, a cable machine, pull up bars, dumbbells, and several other machines for lat pulldowns, chest presses, etc.
I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the hotel was...the hotel seems well built, so there was very little to no noise in the hallways and from other rooms. The room itself is quiet as well (no A/C noise, for example). The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet...businesslike in a way. I would have expected more families because of the Mall's proximity, but the hotel was very quiet. Certainly some aircrews stay here, as a crew rode with me to the hotel from the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, spacious, and airy and equipped with a small refrigerator and a Nespresso type coffee maker. TV worked fine.
Parking is easy in the attached garage, and of course the hotel is connected to the Mall of America. In addition to the restaurants in the MoA, there are three restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel: an IHOP, TGI Friday's, and a Chevy's Mexican. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the MSP airport, which runs every 30 minutes.
Staff and service were fine, and the hotel is clean but not spotless. Things like welcome mats at the main doors should have been vacuumed, for example.
We recently stayed here and had an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downfall was the pool being closed for construction, but overall we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
Customer service is everything, and Radisson gave us exactly what we needed. Being able to shop, eat, and sleep all in one location without ever having to leave the building was everything.
