No pool or AC. Nice hotel though after they fixed the AC.
Pros:

The first night was miserable. The cooling did not work and none of the four family members slept at all. My 6 year old autistic daughter was up at 3:30am due to the heat and I had to take her to a cooler part of the hotel so she stopped crying. After they corrected that issue the rest of the trip was good from that standpoint. The pool was under repair and we had to be shuttled to a sister hotel. Lost part of the trip having to nap from exhaustion.

💙 Excellent Hotel and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and overall I would rate my experience a 10/10!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere was great, and everything else exceeded my expectations.

The only small disappointment was that the mini fridge in my room wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was a minor issue compared to how wonderful everything else was.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a pleasant experience!

Great hotel, easily accessible to the mall and light rail. Incredible restaurant!
Pros:

I went to Radisson Blu in late June with my family for a Twins game. It’s connected directly to the Mall of America and you can take the light rail to Target field for the game from the mall. I love that once we get to the hotel, we can get where we need to go easily.
The rooms were modern, nice and clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was so friendly.
But can we talk about the restaurant?!? The food there is locally sourced and was absolutely AMAZING!!! None of us had a bad meal! The wait staff and bartenders are so nice and great at their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Radisson Blu for the great experience!

Pros:

Everything was great. We were there for a National Volleyball tournament. The only issue we had was the fridge would not keep cold. Several families had issues with this. And we had fruit and stuff for the athletes that would not keep cold.

Amazing convention experience!
Pros:

We recently hosted a convention at the Radisson Blu MOA for 475+ people (June 9-11). I simply cannot say enough about the staff ... literally every single person who works there - from the guys who work the delivery dock, to the wait staff, to the team who works n the bar, the banquet team, etc. - everyone was attentive and incredible. They find ways to say "yes" and with a smile every time. What a fabulous experience! If you are considering an event at this property ... GO FOR IT! I highly recommend you do. It's so nice that is attaches to the mall - that was an added bonus!

Trip the grandchildren

Went on vacation with the grandchildren. The stay at the renaissance blue in Minnesota.
with the grandchildren meant all my expectations and the grandchildren's too. All my staff were so friendly and accommodating. And the food was fire as my grandkids would say. If you ever get a chance to go,This would be the place. There was so much to see, and do.We couldn 't get it all in in three days. As soon as we left the grandchildren already discussing next year's vacation at the same place..

Really a notch above
Pros:

I live locally but was part of a business meeting that was hosted nearby and therefore we stayed on site at the Radisson blue at themall of America. The front desk wasn’t super warm and inviting, but quite honestly, I didn’t need their assistance. The rooms were super clean andvery spacious and accommodating. I love that they offer water. They reach out right away with a text message asking if there’s anything they can doto provide a better experience. I slept very comfortably had everything I needed and it was lovely to be on site at the mall, even thoughwe didn’t have events necessarily there every night, it gave me an opportunity to go and grab an item that I needed or the one night we did hostan event inside the mall it made it much more easy to walk back-and-forth as opposed to having to exit the hotel in the rain and take car. I would highly recommend the Radisson blue both the restaurants and the hotel accommodations to anyone. It’s surprising to be attached to a malland have such a superior experience. Highly highly rated!

Pretty place
Pros:

The only thing I couldn’t figure out was why there was soap dish wasn’t in the bathroom, but it was in the hallway on a shelf and other than that the cleaning crew left the dishes from the bar there it was a very cozy stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Even your ride guys were amazing.

This hotel is amazing! Concierge was exceptional. I want to personally shout out to Tom!! He was so helpful, kind, compassionate, and no ask was too big. I actually would love to come again with girlfriends for a weekend. Best beds by far in a hotel and we travel a lot.

Beautiful but temps not normal
Pros:

Hotel and rooms are beautiful! However, the temp controls in rooms are not good. We were a group of 16 all with our own rooms. The rooms were all different temperatures when we arrived. It was 74 in my coworkers room and she set it to 66 . Her room never went below 70. My room was 67 when I checked in, put it to 70 and it was never above 67 in my room, it was freezing. Talked to front desk and they said room control was motion activated…what in the heck!!!! Needless to say most of my coworkers were sweating to death in their rooms while I froze!!!
