Immaculate, great service, quality food. Excellent conference space
The hotel was very accommodating with letting us park in their ramp before check in and even allowed us to check in to our room a few hours early with no fee. They also came to the rescue with a fan for our room as we had forgot ours at home. I do wish we had known about the pool being closed but our main purpose was proximity to the mall, so overall it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
No daily maintenance of room, we had to call front desk for towel change every day. Also, someone opened my room with their key.
Definitely need new pillows, flat as a board. Otherwise, well cleaned, smelt great and nice job on the remodel project

Recommend Valet Parking- easy and painless, attendants prompt and courteous, daily parking $24-valet $30 per day. Room was excellent, clean, quiet. Hotel common area on 2nd floor very loud which is connected to walkway to Mall of America, Front Desk employees were dismal with exception of one that was working feverishly. Most were standing around chit chatting while the line grew longer, inexcusable for a busy hotel connected to the Mall of America and close proximity to airport. Front Desk employee’s require an inner patience of your own being, perhaps they all went to the same concert the night before but I would hope that Radisson requires continued education in top level customer service and spell it out-this is your career, this is a company requirement.
Great service and amazing location
The esthetic was beautiful very convenient for activities in Mall of America as well as late nights as an adult at they’re late evening opened restaurant and bar the rooms were very clean everyone had a very upbeat and pleasant attitude

The location was perfect. Directly attached to mall of America and only minutes away from the airport. Super clean rooms and modern vibe when you first arrive. The price was also great especially for the room. Ask for a view away from the mall however. I’m not sure what’s over there but otherwise you get a big roof.

The Radisson Blu at the Mall of America was a lovely surprise. The facility and my room were spacious, clean, and modern and the location to MOA is great. Staff is the epitome of “Minnesota Nice.”
An added bonus is their FireLake Restaurant. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious! They also serve one of the best lattes I’ve ever tasted. Two thumbs up to the Radisson Blu! 👍🏾👍🏾
Great service we had a minor problem with sofa bed linen but that was quickly resolved. We left a piece of luggage behind and they sent me the link so I could retrieve it. Options to choose how to have it sent were limited and expensive. I wished that was a ground shipping option.
The room was nice, the bathroom door handle was broken and i was very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay because we were really looking forward to swimming but all the staff was very friendly.
