Pros:

The rooms were of a great size. Too much furniture- could have 2 luggage racks instead. Bed in 5. Okay. Pillows could have been a bit softer. Need a to sheet on bed not just a doona...can get hot. Loved room was freshened & new towels.

Cons:

Map of town could be a bit more extensive or get free brochure & map to hand out. The coffee station & pastries was very average. Not heating of pastries or condiments supplied. Staff was amicable. Not helpful with parking costs & knowledge. Difficult place to locate.

Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were lovely and let us check in early. Our room was large and bright.

Cons:

There was a bulb missing from the bathroom, which normally wouldn't be an issue but the room was too dark. The bed was too hard for me.

Es war ruhig
Lage des Hotels war sehr gut..keine 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt
Die Burg lag etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Tramhaltestelle ( Haymarket) zum Flughafen bzw bis Meer war etwa 5 Minuten entfernt .
Bus 26 wäre die Alternative,um in die Innenstadt bzw direkt zum Meer zu gelangen

Es gab nichts negatives zu erzählen

La ubicación y la cortesía del desayuno

Cons:

Las bases de las camas no tenían firmeza, colchón muy blando, tocó mover uno para el piso y no estaba tan limpio. La ubicación del sanitario no era cómoda y muy pocos tomas de conexión para la carga de móviles y demás.

Penso che con poco, senza stravolgere la struttura, si possa migliorare notevolmente il soggiorno.

Molto apprezzata anche se non inclusa, la colazione a disposizione.

La camera non era minimamente dotata di tende oscuranti...alle 6 di mattina sembrava mezzogiorno, sinceramente avrei preferito riposare un po' di più la mattina, era alquanto rumorosa, essendo una struttura con scale e altro esclusivamente in legno, a causa di ospiti maleducati c'era spesso rumore la sera. In camera non era presente un armadio e le due cassettiere presenti, avevano la maggior parte dei cassetti che non si aprivano, il termosifone era molto difficile da manovrare, nel bagno mancava un mobiletto per sistemare le cose

Desperately in need of a refurb - particularly the bathroom
Pros:

Central location, free coffee and breakfast pastries in the foyer.

Cons:

Room 22 was very shabby and run down. It was also on the top floor with no lift available and therefore no use to anyone with mobility issues. However it is the bathroom that completely horrified us. The bath was heavily stained where the enamel had worn away and there was mould around the bath tub where the seal had eroded …. I have added pictures for context.

Location is decent

Cons:

The room was dirty, carpet old and not vacuumed properly, the bathroom had mould all in the grout and on the shower curtain. We ended up leaving early and booking other accommodation. We felt dirty just being in the room. Photos didn’t match room

Needs renovating and proper quality beds. Shake because location and staff were excellent.

Location. Kind and friendly staff. Clean.

Peeling wall paper in rooms. Poor plumbing. Quality of the beds. Some plugs didn’t work. Mould on bath seals.
