Pros:

Varmamita from the restaurant took an extra mile to assist us during our stay. My son was not feeling well on our second day and Varmamita made sure that my son gets to eat his dinner in our room instead of the restaurant. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Hotel. The hotel was excellent, the facilities were outstanding , and the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive.

I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Iryna Laputs. She made my stay truly exceptional. She was always smiling, incredibly kind, respectful, and highly professional. She serves every guest with enthusiasm, as if it were her very first day on the job, and her positive attitude is truly inspiring. My experience with her alone was worth so much, and I believe she is one of those rare people who naturally make guests feel valued and welcome.

Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning again.

Heel goede locatie. Mooi hotel, met veel faciliteiten. Vlakbij metrostation. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Werden steeds goed verder geholpen.

Cons:

De airco op de kamer kon niet uitgezet worden. Ondanks dat we temperatuur hoger zette, was het vaak koud op de kamer.
