Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und lieblos.
Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel,da es kein Fenster nach draußen gab (nur in Flurrichtung).

The lobby could do with one extra clean. Understand it is the main thoroughfare, but around the dining areas.

Het ontbijt was wat beperkt. Je kon 1 gerecht a la card bestellen. Daarnaast kon je wel toast roosteren met jam en 2 soorten fruit. Voor 3 ochtenden ok maar dan wil je wel wat anders. In de kamer rook het een beetje muf naar vocht.

Noisy room that we could not sleep whole night and we requested to change it to behind location rather than waterfront

Prefer a room with a view.

Zimmerservice kam immer erst nachmittags. Ein wirklich kleiner Abzug…ansonsten war es sehr sauber.

Carrying bags up small flight of stares to reach lift could be a problem for some people.

Petit déjeuner minable - beurre et peanut butter à la limite du rance, pas de confiture.
Chambres globalement bruyante.

The receptionist greeted us saying that as we had only booked the day before she only had one room left. When we made clear that we had booked and paid for a room with a river or city view weeks ago she quickly changed her story saying that they didn’t have another room because they were full as a result of a local festival. We were then shown our room which had only an internal window. It was clear she understood this was not what we had booked. She said if we were not happy with the room they would move us to a room with an external view/ window on our second( and last night). The room we were given had no external window and smelt damp and unhealthy. There was an internal wall that abutted our room and water was pouring down through the roof onto the wall. It was clear that the hotel had sold our room to someone else . We were told that we couldn’t have two key cards for our room as they didn’t have any spares. During check in I told reception that we had been receiving multiple scam messages about this booking which suggested the senders had details of our booking dates and details. She shrugged and said it’s just a scam. As someone who is a Genius booker and has made lots of bookings I find it strange that this is the only hotel where my dates and data were known. The scam messages were reported to Booking.com and they said they would refer it to their fraud team. That was weeks ago and we are still waiting to hear.

The damp smell of the room was so bad we ended up booking another hotel. We asked for a refund as there had clearly been a breach of contract but the hotel and Booking.com were unwilling to help. As a frequent traveller who does not make complaints I have been very disappointed with this whole booking experience.

Wall paint needs to be freshened up in some parts of the hotel.

La proximité avec la rue rend la chambre un peu bruyante.
Dommage de ne pas proposer au petit déjeuner un jus de fruit frais, surtout avec le bar à jus de fruit a coté.
