Pros:

Decently clean

Cons:

At night, it was quite noisy. Right in front of the hotel, there was a public space with night market. And there was live band performance from 9pm to 12am. Although my room was not directly facing the live band performance, but it still make me feel disturbed and couldn’t sleep until the music stop.

Pros:

By 8pm infront of the hotel got foods stalls, every nights, with alot of vendors to choose from.

Cons:

So far no complaint.

Pros:

Kedudukan tengah² bandaraya. Keluar pintu hotel terus ke pasar malam. Parking terhad waktu malam

Cons:

Bilik saya black out dari pukul 4 pg pukul 8 baru ada elektrik. Berapa jam kepnasan. Call reception tiada siapa jawab. Turun tangga smpai reception gelap tiada siapa di situ. Contact hotel properties pun tiada jawapan. Sarapan pun biasa² dan tak sedap. Bila check out saya mintak diskaun disebabkan masalah elektrik tiada selama berjam² tapi staff reception hanya jawab tiada diskaun dan terus duduk macam tiada apa². Sepatah kata maaf pun tiada atas kesulitan tersebut. Fikir² kan la siapa yang nak book this hotel.

Hotel dengan harga berpatutan dan teramat selesa untuk menginap
Pros:

Waktu petang dalam 0630 sehingga 1200 mlm ada jualan depan hotel,jadi senang nak beli segala makanan,keluar pintu hotel terus jumpa,macam macam dijual Dari segala jenis makanan dan pakaian,kalau boring boleh dengar busking..memang seronok.Sarapan pagi jam 0730 sehingga jam berapa saya tak pasti,masakan dia sedap sangat.. Alhamdulillah kenyang . insyaalah next time kalau pergi ke KB lagi pasti akan menginap di sini.Terima Kasih pengurusan jewels hotels, staff dan kakitangan anda memang terbaik,jaga molek molek staff tu,tanpa staff yg terbaik siapakah anda.

Cons:

Masuk bilik bau asap rokok,walaupun telah di tampal dilarang merokok, jenis pengotor pentingkan diri sendiri tak memikirkan hal orang lain, sampai langsir hotel pun ada kesan terbakar,saya minta staff hotel bawakan pewangi bilik sekejap je dah sampai,memang terbaik la.

Pros:

Good location with night food market right in front. Room is quaint and has everything you need, and staff is helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. Furniture was a bit stale, not dirty tho

Nice place to check in.. Good location..
Pros:

Location.. Cleannines.. Got breakfast... Staff attitude... Got pasar malam every night totally in front of main door.. No need to go far for dinner

Cons:

Parking... Have to use majlis public parking... Don't forget to pay on9 every morning or time check in

Handy location, comfortable sleep
Pros:

Fabulous comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. 5 min walk to catch bus to Kuala Besut jetty for Perentian islands. There was a great market right outside when we arrived.
Water dispenser is great, cuts down on plastic.
Ladies in desk in morning was very friendly and helpful.
Liked the retro lift.

Cons:

Old and tired, not very clean. Towels and sheets need replacing as end of life.
Breakfast was not very nice. Juice was cordial.
