Все, чистота, принадлежности, шампунь классный, бассейн, завтрак разнообразный, на любой вкус, расположение, из станции вокзала и торгового дома в отель попадаешь не выходя на улицу. Матрас удобный, высыпаешься

Cons:

Разные цены на букинг за одну и ту же комнату. Моя коллега жила дешевле меня в такой же комнате

Kept some luggage for us for 3 days between stays.
Very convenient location directly next to KL Sentral and mall.

Pros:

There was an individual coffee plunger in the room with coffee provided.
The rooftop pool was 25m and good for lap swimming while also good for social relaxed swims.
Breakfast was great. Lots of freshly cooked food stations.

A higher-class and very comfortable hotel. Ideal if arriving in KL by train from the airport.
Pros:

Chose it for a late arrival in case of delayed flight and for its proximity to the train station from the airport, and was not disappointed. Wonderful ambience on arrival, fine room and great bteakfast in the morning. Ideal for first or last-night stay in KL, but despite proximity to the new train station and metro, other places of interest mostly a taxi ride away.

Polite , friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty with a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Found staff to go that extra mile to assist.

Cons:

Alcohol expensive but on par with competition.

My family really enjoyed our stay tq to all staffs as well all are friendly😁
