Overall it is a good location and very convenient place to stay.
Pros:

location was excellent. Made it easier to catch the train. Room was good.

Cons:

Need a bit more consideration in leaving extraaaa tea bags, sugar, milk please.
As for the toilet, one toilet roll is not enough at least 2 should be kept per night.

Pros:

The location was great as it was connected to the KL central train station and shopping centre. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive. The room had a great view and it was spacious and clean.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Very central and connected to the mall as well as to the central transportation hub in KL. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything in this hotel was perfect.

Девушки на рецепшене приветливые и внимательные❤️Заселили пораньше , после 8 часового ночного перелета мы как раз устали . Расположение отеля удобное -есть переход ,не выходя на улицу ,на станцию КЛ централ ,завтраки хорошие -каши ,омлеты , местная кухня , выпечка разная,фрукты ,кофе хорошее.

Cons:

Полотенца уже серые а не белые , шум от метро .

Very Convenient.
Pros:

Easy to access from KL Sentral. Just a Few meter away from train station ETS. The MRT and LRT both located at the same station. Very convenient to move around KL.

Muy limpio. Piscina en el tejado ( planta 30) .
Personal amable.
Conecta con el centro comercial directamente des de la planta 1.
Con Grab al centro 25 min aprox por unos 8-9 euros.

Big room. Love the bathroom and wardrobe area.
Thank you for the bottles of water.

Cons:

Did not have face towels.
Sheer curtains other than blinds would be good for abit more privacy in the day and cut out the glare.
