Is this really a 4-star hotel?
Pros:

UGLY ASS HOTEL!! Not worth your money even one bit! I THOUGHT THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL, the service was good but the place, its UGLY! It feels like I’m in a cheap motel. I would not recommend, go to other places for better experience. I am never coming back here, this place is HAUNTED! I am thinking of reporting this incident, but I didn’t because I think the hotel was packed that day and I won’t be able to change rooms anyway. I was on 15th floor, the ambiance is sick I never felt comfortable in this place. This is not the rest you’ll look for.

Great service!
Pros:

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly from the receptionist Marc and Ace. They are very professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Accommodating staff
Pros:

We stayed here for our anniversary, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everyone was very accommodating, especially AJ at the front desk, who made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.

If you dp stay here get a room in the middle of the hotel.
Pros:

Extremely frustrating front desk. They take a card as security. Then make you wait 20 min while they check the bar fridge.
No other hotel does this. Toral disrespect of the client.

First room was terrible. Do not get a room at the front of the hotel. It's 2 star. The AC sounds like a jet.

Our home away from home
Pros:

Luxent Hotel has truly become our little home away from home over the years. It’s our favorite place whenever we want to slow down, take a break from our usual routines, and simply enjoy quality time together as a family while recharging.

Honestly, we often end up just relaxing in the room because it’s that comfortable — cool ambiance, cozy beds, and a huge cinematic TV that makes staying in extra enjoyable. But one thing we never skip is visiting the Vertigo Pool. The nighttime atmosphere there is always a vibe: relaxing lights, cozy surroundings, warm water and a beautiful view from the top of the building.

The lobby and public areas are consistently clean, elegant, and photo-worthy, making it hard to leave without taking a few memorable snapshots around the hotel. Both the Garden Cafe and Vertigo Pool Deck Bar also serve a satisfying variety of food and drinks. We especially enjoyed the warm and tranquil atmosphere at the pool bar — even though the Mongolian dishes were a bit spicy for my senior Dad’s palate, the videoke session and the beer definitely made every bite tolerable. :)

What makes every stay even more special is the people behind Luxent. From Reservations, Security, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pool and Bar, Garden Cafe, and even the hardworking back-office teams — everyone contributes to the warm and welcoming experience. We can genuinely feel the teamwork, care, and passion in the way they look after us, their guests.

Thank you for always making our stays comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Luxent Hotel truly offers great value for money. We are looking forward to visiting again soon (and hoping the pet-friendly rooms will again be available).

P.S. We also appreciate the drinking water stations available on every guest floor — a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature that keeps guests refreshed while helping reduce plastic waste and care for the environment.
