L'accueil était parfait, tout le monde a été extrêmement gentil, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif à nos demandes.
Les prestations de l'établissement sont vraiment de qualité, le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux.
Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées.
La piscine sur le rooftop avec les cocktails un pur bonheur.

Soube apenas no checkin que a piscina estava em reforma, porém eles disponibilizaram taxi para utilizar a piscina de outros hotéis da rede.

O pessoal da recepção é sensacional, principalmente Maria e Luis Afonso.

Cons:

Nos primeiros 4 dias o café da manhã foi servido no terraço que era muito quente e com pássaros querendo roubar a comida. A limpeza poderia ser mais eficiente, não trocaram os copos de vidro durante toda estadia. A piscina estava em reforma, mas contornaram a situação oferecendo outras opções da rede GHL.

L'emplacement, la qualité de la literie et le staff .

Cons:

Nous avions réservé spécialement pour la piscine mais celle-ci était en travaux. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus à l'avance de cela. Nous avons eu une chambre un peu plus grande néanmoins.

Ruidoso hotel por delgada ventanas y martillazos al lado de la habitación 🔨🔨💥📣 NO LO RECOMIENDO en especial si vas a disfrutar de Cartagena y luego quieres dormir hasta tarde. EVÍTALO !!!! - no hacen devoluciones.

This hotel although well located and friendly staff will PREVENT you from getting sleep.
They were hammering and drilling directly above our room. ( which was upgraded in good faith)

If you are planning to enjoy the nightlife this is NOT a good place to stay… dont be fooled.

Moreover the traffic noise is also a thing due thin windows. AVOID. !!!

Pros:

O conforto do quarto foi surpreendente, a cama é muito confortável. Seria ótimo se tivesse um pequeno frigobar. O box do banheiro tem um ótimo espaço e o café da manhã é delicioso. A área da piscina tem uma vista linda, um bar com ótimas bebidas a um preço justo.

Cons:

Seria ótimo se os corredores tivessem carpete para diminuir o barulho das rodas de mala de viagem. Além disso, pela manhã, as camareiras falam MUITO ALTO enquanto fazem o serviço.
