Pros:

الفندق له مبنيان قديم ومجدد القديم له قصته الخاصه من 1907 كذا والغرف خرافيه حتى حاطين اتجاء القبله في الغرف للصلاه
المجدد غرفه اكبر والاسره مريحة لدرجة ماعاد احس يشى من احط راسي
عندهم خدمه وصول ومغادره لمحطات القطار مجانيه
جربت فطورهم كان يفي بالغرض بس مو منوع
المطعم بعد ماكان ذاك الزود بس اشرحو لي انه كان فيه تغيير للستاف مما سبب هذا الشي وهذا بلحاله يشفع لهم
كارولينا وانتونتو وماتيو كانو مره خدومين وردو على كل اسالتي
بصراحه الفندق مكانه وخدمته تجنن والحمدلله ماخاب ظني فيه راح اكرر زيارته مره ثانيه باذن الله

Footprint on bed sheets ... LITERALLY
Pros:

I am writing this review after giving the hotel a chance to reply. On our third night at this hotel and after being away the whole day we came back and as soon as I tired to lay on the bed I noticed a big footprint of a shoe on the white sheets. I immediately told my partner. At this point he contacted Eduardo from reception and informed him that this is a first is his 40+ years of travel. Two people came and we showed them the footprint and that the size is bigger than any of my shoes or my partners. They said housekeeping is gone for the day but they will replace the sheets. They took a picture of the footprint on the sheet and compare it to our shoe sizes not comparable. The next morning one of the two guys that came to the room told my partner they had informed the GM Mr. Karim Abid. We emailed Mr. Karim twice with no reply whatsoever. No one from the hotel apologized or even came to give us an explanation and we never heard from them. My partner email Accor CEO Mr. Sebastein Bazin and same no reply. Such behavior and what happened to us is unacceptable in any culture. The worst is the behavior of the staff; their reaction and ignoring the communications. A new low in the hospitality industry.

Excellent location but needs improvement in house keeping.
Pros:

Great location and good service but needs improvement in house keeping. Bathroom shower drain was clogged , shower gel was empty.
Reception desk was very friendly and help us lot.
Breakfast service is very poor.

4 Days in Interlocken
Pros:

Very well appointed historic hotel in great location in Interlocken. Walkable to everything in the town, including the train station. Very friendly attentive staff, clean and quiet rooms. A good breakfast included, although the main restaurant does not seem to be frequented by many guests in dinner.

Pros:

The hotel is in great location however, the most amazing part of this hotel are the staff from the front desk, concierge, dining room, housekeeping, they were all very polite, friendly, helpful and so accommodating. The honesty of the housekeeping team has to commended since they were able to find my Hermes’ watch and immediately informed me. Big thanks to Jad and Pierre at the front desk
