Very dissappointing,
Pros:

The staff at reception (especially Eduardo) were nice and welcoming and the location is good!

Cons:

Housekeeping however, were the worst I have ever encountered. The room was not clean and on the second day, my son spilled some milk in our room, we've asked three times that housekeeping would replace our sheets every time reception would promise they would and we saw that they just made the bed up and did not replace anything (there were specific stains that were recognizable so you couldn't go wrong about it).
I also had medication in the room and specifically asked that the air conditioning would not be turned off. They tumrned it off anyway - twice and my renderred medication non-usable.

Cons:

I asked several times to have my room cleaned in the morning but they said it was only possible in the afternoon until 5:00 pm. One day I asked twice as I am a platinum member and they refused . This was really not nice. Than I asked new towels as room was not cleaned and I wait 30 min with no reply . I had to go to the reception to manage the towels . At the reception staff was very nice and helped me.

Shocking experience - avoid this hotel with family!

Absolutely shocking experience. Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with children.

We stayed here with our young daughter, and what should have been a pleasant stay turned into an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience.

Our daughter accidentally spilled some food on the floor. As any parent knows, these things happen. We immediately contacted housekeeping—I even had to go down one floor myself to request assistance because nobody answered promptly. Housekeeping only arrived around an hour later.

The following day, instead of handling the matter reasonably, management informed us they would keep our security deposit. Despite visible improvements after cleaning (which their own staff acknowledged), they still treated us as though we had caused major damage.

Manager Karim and Mohan handled the situation very poorly. Rather than acting professionally or looking for a fair solution, they were dismissive and chose to penalize a family over what was clearly an accidental spill involving a toddler.

To make matters worse, they charged 5,000 CHF to my credit card while also holding 300 CHF as a cash security deposit. Despite repeated requests, they have provided no evidence, no invoices, no receipts, no independent assessment, and no documentation to justify these charges. Even more concerning, they have now stopped responding altogether. Complete silence.

From a guest’s perspective, having thousands of francs taken without any supporting proof or explanation feels less like customer service and more like having your money taken without justification. Until the hotel provides clear evidence and a proper breakdown of the charges, it is difficult not to question the legitimacy of how this matter has been handled.

Families should be aware: this is not a child-friendly hotel. If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, think twice before staying here. Children inevitably create small messes, and instead of offering understanding or assistance, this hotel appears ready to impose enormous financial penalties.

We will continue pursuing this matter and request an independent assessment. Until then, I strongly encourage future guests to carefully document the condition of their room before and after their stay and to be cautious about leaving security deposits at this property.
