Pros:

Enorm goede en hartelijke ontvangst met glas bubbels. Parkeren in de parkeergarage naast de ingang van het hotel, ideaal. Meer dan prima kamers op hoogste verdieping en zeer rustig. Kamer upgrade gehad zonder extra kosten, zeer net! Fijne ruime, design kamer met prachtig bad en inloop douche. Groot, super comfortabel bed. Echt super goed kamer. Bar tot laat open. Uitstekend ontbijt. Winkels, leuk centrum en goede restaurants allemaal op loopafstand. Werkelijk zeer aardig en attent personeel in receptie, bar en restaurant. Aanrader.

Cons:

Bureau was wat smal om aan te werken i.v.m. grote flatscreen tv die beter aan de muur kan voor meer ruimte om aan te werken. Verlichting bij spiegel wat summier. Verder helemaal niets!

Was een heerlijk verblijf in het Carbon Hotel! De ligging is perfect om Genk te voet te verkennen. De kamer was erg ruim, modern, voorzien van zalige bedden en de airco heeft zijn werk goed gedaan bij 32°. Het personeel is bovendien ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader voor een weekendje weg!

Le lieu : on etait proche de tout
La facilité
Le contact avc les filles de la réception

Cons:

Les draps de lit ( noir, sont sale y'avait des taches blanches, des cheveux .. )

Pas de boisson dans le frigo, ( même si elles nous on ramener de l'eau à la porte mais pas dans me.frigo)

L'air co de la chambre 312 fonctionnait pas ..

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute, personnel agréable et chambre originale.

Cons:

Le ménage a été oublié dans notre chambre, dans un hôtel de cette gamme c'est un peu dommage.
