The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be guided by the following COVID-19 policies for staycations: A completed / full COVID-19 vaccination card or government issued / official VaxCert will be required from all guests except those aged 17 years old and below. Guests aged 18 years old and above who are not fully vaccinated will be required to submit a "negative" RT-PCR (nasal or saliva) or Rapid Antigen Test (nasal swab) performed within 72 hours prior to check-in. Good place to relax with family
Je Ann provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Even while handling a busy dining area, she remained professional, efficient, and cheerful. Her outstanding customer service truly enhanced our dining experience, and we greatly appreciate the care and attention she gave us.

Nice to be back with the whole family to celebrate. Staff are consistently accommodating and genuinely attentive. Kudos to Kyla and Maricar from Pico Restaurant and Elmer from Lagoa for such wonderful service. Management may want to look on updating their room fixtures like the mirrors and toilet bowls

Had dinner at lagoa restaurant at 7pm. Requested to have our pre ordered dinner at 715pm and it went out in 10 mins. Sir Joseph Canete assisted us during our dinner. Thank you sir joseph! We had a pleasant evening. Actually all staff are accommodating.
Servings sizes are accurate. It was mentioned in the menu that it's just for good for two persons only. And it is.

I went for a massage and left feeling amazing. I am so relaxed. The area where the massage was was great and extremely accessible. Clean. On top of the that my massage therapist, Isabel was phenomenal. She was caring and understood what I needed. Shall return and recommend Isabel.
