距離捷運站很近，並且大廳的迎賓飲料很好喝，晚間也有提供北海道牛奶冰淇淋，非常的好吃!
飯店的早餐非常的豐盛，不愧是全日本評價第四名好的飯店早餐! 每天有限量80份鰻魚飯可以吃，大約早上7.00之後會發完，個人覺得是好吃但是如果較為注重睡眠的可以不用特別去搶，睡飽一點吃其他東西會比較有食慾，基本上每一樣東西都吃一點點就會超級飽了!
飯店也有微波爐可供加熱便當，非常好

蠻好的。
Pros:

離地鐵站很近，附近有三間便利商店，補給很方便，床跟枕頭都很好睡，只是走道都是煙味頗重，房間就沒有味道，有點神奇。飯店早餐有生魚片干貝鮭魚卵自製丼飯、和牛、超甜北海道玉米濃湯、蔬菜水果沙拉，還有四種牛奶，感覺比前一晚排隊的迴轉壽司更美味超值。
