The location is absolute perfection. It sits just a few steps from Nagasaki’s main station, which made arriving and departing completely effortless. Having a major shopping mall right next door was incredibly convenient for grab-and-go meals, shopping, and dining options in the evening. The room itself was spectacular. Compared to standard accommodations in Japan, this room was huge, giving me plenty of space to unpack and relax. The beds were remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the high-quality in-room amenities, especially having a Nespresso machine and a steady supply of great coffee available to kickstart my mornings. The hospitality here is excellent. The front desk and concierge staff were amazing—always polite, genuinely welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. My only real complaint revolves around the morning routine. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff woke me up around 9:30 AM when I did not put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. While I appreciate their efficiency, 9:30 AM feels far too early to be knocking on doors or making loud disruptions in the hallway, especially when you are trying to sleep in a bit on holiday.
