Would definitely stay here again but in a different room

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff

Cons:

Our room was very noisy as it had two big air conditioning units on our roof which sounded like a helicopter hovering overhead and the walls were very thin and the people in the room next door had their tv on all night which we could hear

An excellent stay with outstanding service and genuinely friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request.

A special thank you to Steven, Selena, Ann, and Tony for their outstanding service. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great location, close to restaurants and markets
Pros:

We had a room without windows that at the time I thought was a little weird but we loved how quiet and dark the room was compared to other more expensive balcony rooms we had stayed in around Vietnam, the bed was comfortable , great shower and the buffet breakfast was great.
We had a late flight back to Australia and the staff were fantastic storing our luggage , letting us use the pool and giving us towels to use the shower in the gym before heading to the airport.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great location.

Breakfast - exceptional. Lots of choice & all tasted lovely.
Staff - friendly & efficient & super helpful.
Room - clean & spacious
Loved how the whole place is decorated.

Cons:

The bath itself was clean but there were clumps of dirt coming out when I turned on the jacuzzi jets - yuk.

Pros:

Great location with an unbelievably friendly and accommodating and helpful staff. A huge breakfast and a pleasant room with effective AC. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly. Perfectly situated.
