Pros:

great experience and good staff service. room is fairly spacious and the bedding is very comfortable. pillows are great since they provide a soft and a medium firmness which is a plus for me since i had hard time choosing pillows. breakfast is also got decent options and satisfying. location is great since all around the hotel are amenities that you need to relax and have fun plus it is walking distance to ben than market. i would come back again and book this place.

Cons:

need some maintenance work on bathroom since the shower drain is a bit clogged and the shower door is too loose that water can really splash out and wet the whole bathroom. also, hope that the bathroom window could be darkened as i might be seen from the other building. just a suggestion to maybe have ramps for physically challenged individual.

Pros:

Our room Executive room was spacious, with a triangle bath /shower. With nice views and fabulous breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooftop pool was large enough to accommodate people.

Cons:

Nothing. However it was a number of stairs straight up off the street to enter the hotel from the front or back. Possibly had an internal freight lift if you needed one on the basement level.

The buffet breakfast was great. Really nice service and very clean hotel. Decent room sizes. HEAPS of facilities like pool, spa, massages, gym, bar 👍 Would 100% recommend

Tbh there's wasn't much to not like :) maybe the fridge not being very cold but I found that at alot of hotels
