Pros:

The room was really nice and comfortable. Limited space for 2 suitcases but workable. Had everything we needed and a quiet area. Good hanging space and a good shower. The spa and promo vouchers were a great extra.
Guest service was awesome and Lucy made every effort to look after us.

Cons:

Little dated in some areas but still very nice.
Odd layout with basically 3 hotels conjoined but essentially the same staff and services just depends which door you come in.

Pros:

Alagon Hotel conveniently located in district 1 , restaurants, shops, massages, and using GRAB app is great for car or motor bikes.

The Alagon Hotel staff are fantastic, from the Front Door Valets - Tuyen, Front Desk - Tien, Housekeeping, and restaurant staff.....5 stars. Above and Beyond Expectations.

No problems with referring friends and family to The Alagon Hotel.

Not much really staff friendly and good

Cons:

That there was 2 building brother and sister we went to main building but was told to go sister which we did not far then while checking in was told we had no balcony that was fine then told we had no window which I wasn't happy about no mention in add or I wouldn't have booked BUT for double what I payed could get window well I was not paying another 6,000,000 vdong it was in a pretty good location with eats and drinks close by also a 7 11 very close

Pros:

We were moved to Alagon D'Antique on check in which was very nice but it was a smaller room. The buffet breakfast had a great selection. We could easily walk to many places. The highlight was the coffee making class with Nicholas who was very knowledgeable and passionate.

Cons:

Don't get your washing done through the hotel. It was expensive and a lot of items came back not fully dry.

Great, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Hag a great stay at the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely. Spa and massage was great. Would stay again.

Good location district 1 and 20 minutes from airport

Cons:

Little confusing about the two hotel names and one being 5 star and second being 5 star both located same building but different entrances
