Séjour agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du métro et de Chinatown. Chambre spacieuse et piscine agréable.

Cons:

Climatisation difficilement réglable avec des écrans illisibles. Climatisation absente du restaurant ainsi que des parties communes. Eau de la piscine trouble en permanence et agent de sécurité à l'entrée de l'hôtel trop présent et oppressant à chaque passage (cherche a faire son business excursions coûte que coûte).

Pros:

Tout était parfait, sauf que je n ai pas admis qu o n m aie fait payer des frais parce que la couleur de mes cheveux a un peu déteint sur la taie d oreiller! C est une honte!

Cons:

Me faire payer le lavage d une taie d oreiller que jmes cheveux ont un peu salie avec mes cheveux colorés! Inadmisdible et honteux de la part de cet hôtel où je ne reviendrai plus à cause de cela!

Disappointing and not 4 stars
Pros:

The location is great proximity to Chinatown etc, the staff are pleasant and the beds are comfy

Cons:

The whole place needs a refurbishment, there is no soundproofing so you hear everything from your neighbours to the very busy junction outside. We had multiple (over 40) power issues in one night which resulted in all the lights coming on every time the electricity vain back on. Not at all a 4 star hotel

Great Bangkok Stay
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean with nice city view. Entire building was well kept, modern and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again

Pros:

Staff were nice, pool was good, shower strength was great. Good aircon in rooms.

Cons:

Our rooms (we had 2) were supposed to have a city or river view, we had a brick wall.
At this price point, and supposedly 4☆ we expected a bit better, the rooms were in need of maintenance, damaged floors, black shower ceiling, patched cracks etc.

Gutes Stadthotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gut erreichbares Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Metro (Blue Line). Große, sehr saubere Zimmer, in unserem Fall (10. Stock), mit super Aussicht. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Immer genug Plätze im Frühstücksraum verfügbar. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und ist bis 21.30 Uhr geöffnet. Poolhandtücher bekommt man jederzeit an der Rezeption. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Ein kleiner "7-Eleven" Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Chinatown ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Perfecte plek voor gezinnen
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, 7-11 en straateten letterlijk in de hoek. Leuk in TalatNoi en Chinatown. Makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.
Handdoeken bij het zwembad zijn gratis en doen goede dingen tegen vervuiling zoals dat je aan kan geven niet elke dag een schoon bed te hoeven, dan krijg je daar een gratis drankje voor.
Personeel kent je en houd alles in de gaten, veilig gevoel.
