Breakfast was amazing served with quality
Disappointing experience
At check-in, we noticed that the bathroom door in Room 1531 was not functioning properly. We immediately informed reception, and the room was changed.
However, after returning from our meeting, we found that the flush tank in the new room 1532 was not working, there was no proper sunlight, and the internet was also unavailable. We tried contacting reception several times, but unfortunately, there was no response.
Overall, the stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the multiple basic facilities that were not available and the lack of response from the reception team. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both room maintenance and guest support.
