Cons:

Zimmer wegen Straßenlärm gegen Bezahlung getauscht.
Neues Upgrade Zimmer 560 Fenster Defekt ließ sich ich schließen , Laut.
Tausch ohne Nutzen , mit Kosten.
Rezeption hat die Beschwerde nicht angenommen.
Werde mich per Mail dort melden.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Städtetripp.
Pros:

Es war überall sauber, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücks-Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Kleine Highlights waren die tolle Bettwäsche, das gut geplante Badezimmer und der Saunabereich. Zu diesem Preis heute beinahe umschlagbar. Danke. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn geht zügig und das nahegelegene Einkaufszentrum ist als Schlecht-Wetter-Alternative zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war gut, nicht weit weg von der U-Bahn-Staion. Schöne Hotelbar.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbüfett hätte man rechtzeitig auffüllen können.
Wurst- und Käseauswahl war zu gering.
Brötchen waren nicht frisch genug.

Die Lobby und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, wobei mehr darauf geachtet werden könnte das Milch nachgefüllt wird sowie die Nougatcreme

Cons:

2 Tage stand im Gang ein Tablett mit Frühstücksresten, Dusche und Toilette waren die Scheiben verschmiert, man sah das es nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde!

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Es wurde ein zusatzbett gestellt obwohl es nicht bestellt war. Dieses stand mitten im Raum und war kaputt. Die Handtücher haben Löcher.
