It was very comfortable.
Pros:

Close proximity to the airport & the thoughtfulness of the front desk attendant. He checked me out. I said needed ride to the airport. Responded immediately with I’ll take you which he promptly did .

Great stay
Pros:

Unbelievable. What a fantastic stay. The staff was super nice, the rooms were very clean and for the price off of booking.com was worth EVERY PENNY. Recommend 5 star hotel.

Outstanding location and service!
Pros:

Convenience for an early flight to the airport, the price was City standard, the staff was outstandingly, courteous and professional, For hotel food it was exceptionally good!

Cons:

I had to clean the shower before I used it because the grout was quite dirty and it had a smell to it, but it is season and this hotel is very busy. And this really was not something that bothered me at all.

Good people, good location. Core systems seem to need a tweak .

Cons:

1. Room Key did not work. Room 505
2.second key did not work
3. Maintenance called to reset door- that worked.
—-for a while, maintenance called again, he fixed the door and was going to get me a new key. I told him not to, we were leaving early a.m. anyway.
4. When AC came on in 505 and the fan makes a terrible noise.
5. Went to get another room and was given room 504.
6. That fan was so annoying I decided to keep 505 and turned the AC off so the fan would not run.
7. Your staff (front desk and maint) was diligent and responsive and accommodating. My charge was amended. Good people.
8. You can Run the AC in 504 and 505 and see if those fans are conducive to rest. I don’t think I am an over-reactor.
9. Just fyi: the phone in the room was dead, not charged (if even plugged in) and it was from room 501. I.e. I had to physically go down to the front desk regarding each of these items.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Oops wrong place. Room was not really all that clean. Light bulbs all different colors. 1 roll of toilet paper. Bedspread stained.

Ok, nice space, could’ve been cleaner, need some maintenance and love for electronics checked prior to utilizing a room.

Great staff for kindness factor

Cons:

Room wasn’t cooling, I sweated all evening, someone else’s hair in my shower before taking a shower gross. Asked for a wake up call - didn’t get one no dial tone on phone. Coffee makes in room didn’t work that was awful for my 3 am wake up to get out and board a plane times.

Cons:

Room was a bit worn. Carpets and shelves. Lots of dust on the AC vents. I read Hyatt was top nitch. It should have been for almost $200. Some take away breakfast items like fruit or muffins would have been nice since we had to leave at 5am. The shuttle was very helpful.
