Great for city break.
Pros:

Very good location, close to train station and shops. Nice clean room. No breakfast available. Staff friendly. Perfect for my short city break.

Cons:

TV was quiet, and would not turn up. Noise outside in street from people who should be more considerate one night at 4 in the morning.

Cons:

Camera all'ultimo piano senza aria condizionata, presente solo un piccolo ventilatore, nel corridoio la temperatura era anche più alta. Giudizio legato all'ondata di caldo eccezionale. In inverno sicuramente il giudizio sarebbe diverso

A cheap and cheerful hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Excellent welcome by staff, helped with storing luggage and then carried it upto my room.
Fantastic location for travelling by Eurostar.

Cons:

The room was small for two single beds and I had to move my bed to open the shower room door.
Despite the fan the room was very warm.

Pros:

Locatie is super en de bedden zijn erg goed! Receptiemedewerker heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en de schoonmaak was keurig. Badkamer was erg klein, maar functioneel en schoon. Luxe is ook niet nodig, je bentweinig in je kamer in zo'n stad.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Wij hadden 35 gr en 's nachts was het bloedheet in de kamer. De badkamer was helemaal niet te doen qua warmte. Maargoed, op de temperatuur hebben we geen invloed.

Cons:

Small rooms shower room with toilet tiny. Would only do if i was staying for 1 or 2 numights and only using the room as a base and place to sleep and wash

Non è possibile che nel 2026 ci sia un albergo senza condizionatore. La stanza era esposta al sole tutto il giorno per cui per dormire ci hanno dato un micro ventilatore. Assolutamente bocciato perché per due notti non ho dormito. Bagno piccolissimo. Albergo senza ascensore e rumoroso

One night stay at most
Pros:

Location across King's Cross-San Pancras Station.

Cons:

The shower, sink, and bathroom was too small. We couldn't get the bathroom door to stay open without blocking it against the closet door with a chair. We only got 2 bath towels; no other towels. With such a small room and no air conditioning during a heatwave, we only stayed one night.

Perfect for kings cross
Pros:

Location to kings cross station was perfect.
Family bedroom was large.
Staff were so friendly.
Bedroom and bathroom was spotlessly clean.
Beds were so comfortable, pillows were amazing.

Cons:

Bedroom was so hot, I appreciate it was during a heatwave, but bedroom was unbearably hot. The fan on the wall was loud but thankfully powerful.

Small and very hot room, tiny bathroom, almost no ventilation
Pros:

The place is very close to King's Cross, which is where we needed to be to catch an early train in the morning. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Cons:

There is no elevator - any luggage you have, you yourself will have to carry up to a very narrow and steep stair.
The place has no AC and very very bad ventilation. Basically people were keeping their main doors open to create some current in their rooms, which really didnt look very nice from outside. The was a fan in the room who saved the day somewhat, otherwise, you'll be cooked very slowly throughout the day/night.
The room is very small, the bed basically occupies almost all the space, but the bathroom is the smallest I have seen yet. You only have space to turn around and thats it. Avoid if claustrophobic.
The floor is very noisy when you walk around, in the little space around the bed. OK for short and light stays. Avoid if travelling with children.
