Stay was ok to survive 1 night. But for the price, there are other hotels that can give way better experience.
Pros:

The location is great. Staff are great.

Cons:

Shower water flows out to flood the entire bathroom floor.
Towels given were old, discolored, and with holes!!!

The shower door was leaking , and the shower head was also leaking which made water pressure pretty bad... By the time we finished the whole floor was flooded :(

Great location, good room, mixed experience between front office and F&B team members.
Pros:

Lovely room - with great bed.
F&B team members are accomodating and lovely
Great location - close to SM mall.
Will recommend this hotel to anyone who is after convinience of heading to a mall.

Cons:

I was advised during check-in by a team member named Juan that breakfast would be 800 pesos. When I queried the price 24 hours later, the breakfast turned out to 850 peso. I explained that I had been quoted a lower rate, but he simply smiled politely and insisted it was 850 pesos.

I’ve noticed a recurring trend in the Philippines where misquotations occur frequently, and even when corrected, staff often insist the guest pays the higher price. If you want breakfast, I recommend booking a room inclusive of it to avoid surprises.

PS: The breakfast itself was quite mediocre.
