It was a really good stay with my Parents
Pros:

Close proximity to airport and the mall for any amenities. In our short stay of 4 days, 2 days we had early morning trips so the staff arranged packed breakfast for us. They even helped us with payment to the tour guide as we did not carry cash as well as arrange for a taxi for a day tour.

Cons:

There was no hot water in my shower and water was leaking from the air-conditioning
I did mention about air conditioning but no one fixed it so I did not bother asking them for the hot water in my shower

Good place to stay before flying out.
Pros:

-Location, close to the airport and mall.
-The water station on each floor.
-Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room needs better cleaning - there were hairs, dust, and dried up liquids (could be soda) on the floor.

The towels are cheap and old. You need stand close to the TV to change the channel. Remote won’t work while you are on bed . The hallway and elevator smells paint .

Thank you for another wonderful stay at your hotel.
Pros:

Location-wise it is within SM Lanang, thus, we have easy access to various restaurants and to the different stores. The room was comfortable... the amenities are good. The staff are friendly and accommodating especially at the pool area. Whenever we bump into some staff members at the corridor, they never fail to greet us and beam a smile.
