Vista para avenida. Silencio absoluto. Cafe da manha excelente. O melhor pao sem gluten que ja comi em hoteis. Limpeza impecável .

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. You can truly tell they take pride in delivering excellent service.

The Location is perfect. Situated in a vibrant yet safe neighborhood, it’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. The area felt clean and welcoming both day and night, and there were plenty of convenient transportation options nearby if I wanted to venture further.

The Accommodations were fantastic. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The combination of outstanding staff, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations made my trip extremely enjoyable.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Trotz der Lage an einem verkehrsreichen Platz war es nachts sehr ruhig dank hervorragender Schalldämmung des Verkehrslärms durch das Fenster.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah - die Innenstadt kann von dort gut zu Fuß erkundet werden. Mit einem U-Bahnhof vor der Tür, der mehrere Linien verbindet, ist das Hotel auch sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden.
Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Büffet bot viel Auswahl von allem mit viel frischem Obst.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Schwachpunkt waren die Wasserfließgeräusche von anderen Hotelzimmern in der Nacht.

Did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel and subsequent price.
Cons:

Expectation was for a 4 star hotel, reality was a significantly less. Not complaining about the hotel per se, just that the expectations were not met. Was not an uplifting place to come back to which we thought was what we were paying for. Left a day early with no expectation of refund, just not the experience we were looking for.
