very mediocre
Pros:

You can't beat the location and the price. But otherwise, there wasn't much to celebrate. Perhaps that is was clean?

Cons:

First you had to leave a cash deposit. Then it was quite outdated and there were no extras at all...we even had to struggle to not use up the soap.

A cheap option for Vegas near the strip
Pros:

Good Location near the Strip, airport + Deuce Station, free ice machine, free coffee in the morning, free Wifi. Nice staff, security guy helped out with loud marihuana guys next door immediately in the middle of the night, one nice guy Patrick became my friend.
24/7 Dennys next door, little kiosk also.

Cons:

Massive helicopter traffic late at night because of the airport nearby. Neighbours with bad manners, marihuana smoking in front of the door, smoke and smell comes into my room, very loud music in the middle of the night. Dog poop all around despite free disposal bags available due to the shady neighbourhood. But staff comes around every day to clean up.
Top covering blanket on the bed could see a wash every now & then.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda cerca del Strip.

Cons:

El cuarto no tenía buena iluminación y la llave de agua del lavabo se encontraba como rota y el agua salpicaba por todo lado.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned. I was changed to 3 rooms. Hair in the tub, in the bathroom and a dirty washcloth left in the shower. The rooms were dirty and the front desk said that the housekeeper doesn’t keep her side of the building clean then I’m confused. Why is she still working?

Would NOT stay there again.
Pros:

Location was next to convenience stores and food.

Cons:

Wifi sucked. Service at the front desk was bland (no one seemed to want to be there). You could hear every time someone flushed a toilet because the plumbing was loud.

Great Location and just remember it is the one in the back
Pros:

The Location was good and free parking helped. I was able to walk to MGM and OYO casino very comfortably without no prblems. The srtip is just a mile away.

Cons:

It was confusing finding MOTEL 6 especially when SUPER 6 is right next door and they share the same sign. I would not reccommend it if you are traveling with just girls as the place looks a little shady.

The room was clean.

Cons:

No microwave and no refrigerator. The smell of smoke coming in my room every time I opened the door. The cleaning lady not understanding English. I asked her could she clean my room when I went to extend my stay, she said yes. I went and paid for the extra day and left to go get breakfast. So when I get back my towels were still in the meat pile I left them in and my trash was still full. I
Asked one of the workers outside could they clean my room, they told me that they would put me on the list for the next day. I also explained to them I let the cleaning lady know before I went to pay and she said yes she’d clean my room. The person at the front desk was very rude and said no you should have let me know. Being treated like that caused me to check out immediately. Not knowing where I was gonna go or what I could afford o refused to be treated like that.
