Cigarette smell in a nonsmoking room
Pros:

It is a very good location. The price is low compared to other places in this location.

Cons:

We were a group of 6 and stayed in two rooms. One of the rooms was fine, not super clean but acceptable. The other one was terribly smelling like cigarettes. It was hard to sleep with the smell. The staff said they couldn’t provide another room and told they would spray something to help with the smell but never did.

How fast they were able to recreate the dates of my booking and the responsiveness of the original hotel receptionist at check-in

I didn't like the fact that they were other guests who were banging on the walls all night all day when complain to the staff nobody did anything and they continue to bang on walls stomp and honk horns from the room above me from the room to the left of me they were getting the car blaster music the female and the male next door would literally bang on the wall so hard that it woke me up the above neighbors or people would stomp on the floor so hard that I'm surprised nobody else had complained when complaining to stop nobody did a thing and she just looked at me like oh well that's what that's just the way it goes

The room looked clean and smelled clean as I opened the door. House keeping ladies said good morning and good evening as I walked by.

Cons:

Front desk girls need to work on their customer service. I was not greeted or welcomed as I came in and only looked at me when I checked in. They did the same thing as I checked out. The one girl was more focused on flirting and joking around with the person that was on the lobby while I was trying to check out.

Nothing!,door lock was broke,front door lock was broke as well as t.v screen n,$100 cash deposit i wasn't aware of(since I have never had to leave a deposit at motel 6,ever)front desk people weren't friendly at all.I will never stay at a motel 6 again!!
