The hotel doesn’t really live up to the stars that it supposedly has in the booking application rating.
Pros:

The property had a nice pool and nice sized rooms. The staff were amazing and very nice and kind. The Wi-Fi service was good.

Cons:

The location seemed to be in a dodgy part of town. The bed sheets were covered in hair (not mine). They didn’t change the bed sheets. It didn’t resemble the pictures shown in the booking app.

Posizione comoda, vicino all'aeroporto di amman.

Cons:

Eravamo gli unici ospiti dell'hotel. Nonostante questo ci è stata data una camera al primo piano con una vista orribile sul retro. Bastava spostarci un po' piu centrale per avere una vista sulla piscina o sulla strada. Colazione basica, comprensibile perche non c'era nessuno ma abbiamo chiesto delle omelette ed erano frittate fritte, terribili. Personale poco accogliente. Aria condizionata troppo rumorosa. Materassi scomodi e molto vecchi.

El servei de neteja de les habitacions, cada dia ho trobava molt net

Cons:

Havia de treballar i l'habitació no tenia ni taula ni cadira, només 3 sofàs, cosa que ho fa incòmode. Vaig demanar si podien posar-hi una taula i una cadira i em van dir que no en tenien quan la resta d'habitacions vaig veure que en tenien una de perita. L'aire condicionat fa molt de soroll i la wifi no funciona gaire bé.

En global diria que no es pot considerar un hotel de quatre estrelles.

Quiet rooms
Pros:

Friendly staff and quiet room

Cons:

The waterhose was far from the toilet so we had to use a bidet next to it, which was kind of uncomfortable since the water current in the hose was very powerful. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, it wasn't very hot fortunately.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the check‑in process was smooth. Having coffee and a kettle in the room was a nice convenience.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, no fresh juices, no napkins, and no assistance. Only one waiter was available, and he wasn’t wearing a uniform, which affected the overall service.

At checkout, there was no one available to help with the luggage, which made leaving a bit inconvenient.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay for one or two nights maximum, especially if you value cleanliness. The breakfast service and checkout assistance need improvement.
