It was just ok but quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail to room cleanliness.
Pros:

The food was good.

Cons:

I booked a villa, which I would have expected to be exquisite, given the amount of money I paid. The furniture had dust, including the side lamps. The bath tub had not been cleaned properly. Soap and shower gels were quite limited considering that we were staying overnight. We would have needed to use the bath/shower the day of arrival as well as the morning of departure.

Wonderful
Pros:

A little oasis in the city. A peaceful and green property, rooms stylish and very spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They also provide a free transfer to the Sandton mall, very useful as we did not have a car for this part of our holiday in SA.

The breakfast was ordinary , did not meet a 5 star rating, however the staff was amazing

Cons:

we came at the time when there were renovations in the rooms, firstly we were not told, we could have made better decisions. The banging and extreme noise was unbearable until 5 pm. And we had to perform Teams meetings , therefore I had to cancel my meetings while my husband was using the boardroom.

We have stayed here a few times and we really love it. The Spa is fantastic and the food at the restaurant is exceptiona

Felt unwelcome, badly managed property.

Horrible service from the staff. Very bad attitude when we arrived. There was no tissue paper in the room. The lights were cut off during our stay. Not enough parking and you can’t leave the property after 10pm which is ridiculous!
