Pros:

Laundry service, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Poor equipment in the apartment kitchen. No exhaust above the stove. It was not possible to open windows to get fresh air. AC was very loud in the room.

Cons:

Booked through booking for a Suite with two Queen beds upon arrival checked in went to the room and was disappointed that the room they gave only had a king bed. Went back to the front desk and was told booking changed the room. Called booking who is has a UK numbered which ran up my phone bill and was told by them it was the hotel that changed it. After going back and forth and still no resolve. The receptionist at the hotel said I would get the first night free but still haven’t received a refund. Service is horrible and no one seems to know what’s going on
