Outstanding!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations, right from check-in. The front desk staff member (I can’t remember her name) confirmed if I was vegetarian and said she would inform the restaurant in case I ate there. It’s the first time ever that a Marriott chain hotel has taken the time to check the meal preferences I listed in the Bonvoy app! Franklin, Omar and Camila at the restaurant were amazing. They made the effort to have a conversation with me. I felt they really appreciated and valued my business. Franklin also took the time to hear my suggestions. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing anniversary experience!
Pros:

Our stay at the Westin was simply outstanding. We celebrated our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was exceptional across all departments. I especially want to highlight Graciela, the front desk manager, for her impeccable attentions. They even had special kosher treats prepared just for us. Recognition of my Ambassador Bonvoy status was as good as it gets with a great upgrade! Our room was incredible, with a super comfortable bed and flawless attention to detail. My wife really enjoyed the Spa and the service provided by Nazeli was top notch!
I also want to highlight the front desk supervisor Lian who was so kind and attentive, and the agent who checked us in, Hanna, who was so nice as well. Truly, a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

Pros:

Located in the financial district with great views of the ocean and close to cafes and restaurants!
Pool is up on the 15th floor outside. Very refreshing.Lovely lobby and staff. Air conditioning is very effective. Beds and pillows are comfy. Lavender oil was a special gesture for a good sleep.

Excelente hotel, la comida es excelente y los desayunos muy completos.
Pros:

El edificio está impecable, la arquitectura y la decoración son excelentes al igual que los muebles todos muy lindos, comfortables y en excelentes condiciones.

Cons:

La piscina no me pareció tan linda como aparecía en las fotos, creo que le falta más trabajo para que se vea un buen ambiente de piscina y quizas más limpieza en esa área.

Pros:

Comfy beds, good shower and amenities. Great food. Quick elevators

Cons:

THE NOISE IN MY ROOM. An outside motor. The glass of the window covered couldn’t see outside. Requested room change. They ddid. Better view. Free fruit as apologies …. And a 4:40am alarm went off that interrupted my sleep

A Definite Must If In P.C.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Common areas were stylish and super clean. The guys at the reception desk were professional and very funny and knew where to send us for dinner. The room was HUGE and had a great view of the water and busy highway. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big, but there was no light in the shower. The buffets were very good, especially the breakfast buffets! That was the best ever.

Good morning welcome and service
Pros:

My husband and I went on a Caravan trip to Panama this month and stayed at this hotel for a few days.The place,personnel and service were very good.

I would especially like to acknowledge Elizabeth, our waitress,who greeted and served us,every morning at breakfast.Even though we did not speak Spanish very well,she was very patient with us and available for whatever we needed. It was a joy to meet her.
