El hotel es increíble, el servicio de restaurante (dividido en un piso y bar en PB esta espectacular), los detalles de los espacios, el kiosco en PB para cualquier urgencia....todo excelente. Pero lo mas importante y que merece mi mayor atención y distinción es la calidad, calidez, servicio y ayuda de todo el personal, absolutamente todos. Llevo muchos años visitando cataratas, distintos hoteles, pero este se lleva mi reconocimiento y recomendación 100%

El personal muy amable. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons:

No queda cerca del centro. Aunque se puede llegar caminando en 20 minutos o en taxi/uber y es fácil conseguir transporte.

el baño no resultaba cómodo por falta de elementos para jabón, champú y crema de enjuague en la ducha. Falta de secador de pelo. La ropa de cama algo antigua y o deteriorada

Não recomendo, existem outros hotéis melhores em Iguazu.
Pros:

Quarto é bonito é grande, e a cama é boa, porém o ar condicionado não funciona direito.

Cons:

No anúncio afirma ter estacionamento, mas depois que efetua o pagamento no hotel, eles anunciam que não pode estacionar no estacionamento. O segurança do estacionamento chamado Jhony é mal educado e agressivo. Café da manhã é péssimo. Não recomendo o hotel.
