Lindo hotel en el corazón de Guanajuato.
Pros:

La ubicación, prácticamente estás en el corazón de Guanajuato. Puedes desde ahí caminar a todos lados.

Cons:

El estacionamiento. Está lejísimos, casi en la Valenciana y el trasaldo del estacionamiento al hotel, una vez que dejas tu vehículo, y del hotel al estacionamiento al recogerlo, corren por cuenta del huésped. Deberían considerar hacer un convenio con alguno más cerca.

Great place, great character, great location, but cold pool water
Pros:

Swimmig pool water was very cold, we couldnt get in, we really want to enjoy it. The rest of the hotel is great.

I think it was too much money for this hotel even tough location was great.

It was a well deserved get away.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and lovely staff that went up and above to see that we were well taken care of. Handled transportation and reservations for. We would definetly be returning on our next visit. Thanks again for a greaty experience

Very comfortable, quiet, perfectly located in the center, large rooms, great hosptitality

Cons:

Pool was beautiful but the hot tub did not get hot. I asked the staff to look into it but they never got back to me and it was never fixed.

Pros:

No desayunamos salíamos rápido el hotel no tiene un letrero afuera muy complicado para saber su ubicación y no se puede parar uno por la circulación de los carros en la esquina poner un letrero con el hombre del hotel dimos varias vueltas hasta que un señor nos llevó al hotel buen vivo estábamos en el hotel lo subí a mi carro nomas para dar toda la vuelta y regresar al mismo lugar que lo subí y me dilo donde estacionarme pero eso fue lo malo no poder bajarme y ver el hotel pero todo bien gracias

En la esquina poner una flecha para anunciar el hotel y no dejarme engañar como la persona que subí me hubiera señalado con la mano ai está el hotel y todavía me quería cobrar por enseñarme donde estaba el hotel pero todo bien gracias le gustó a me esposa

Nunca me volvería a hospedar ahí. Es mejor un hotel de la periferia y tomar taxi al centro.

Que el ESTACIONAMIENTO esta a 25 minutos el AUTO del hotel y el hotel no dispone de transporte hacia el estacionamiento ni del estacionamiento hacia el hotel. Es por cuenta del usuario.

No tienen valet parking y no hay acceso al hotel con auto, es caminando y uno tiene que cargar sus maletas, no hay personal de ayuda.
