The quilt in the room was very wet, and there was a power outage during the stay. The only hotel that their Staff refused to issue invoices to me even booking.com and me called for over 5 times during my 12 days stay in India. They promised to respond after I called them but nothing by email or call until today.
Staff was gd
horrible staff with full of attitude.
Location was good.
The house keeping staff needs training for attention to details. The water bottle provided has very awkward caps. It’s an exercise by itself to open them. I would recommend using caps that can be opened with ease.
Location
Food taste and limited menu for in room dining
Food
Pool and maintenance
No money is high service not as per desires
Na
room cleanliness, food served in dinner, hand towels we're stinking a very bad smell. tasteless food. No towels in pool area no one there to help and on top of that pool was full of birds feather and dropping
It was so good and it was so nice to stay and i came with my family it was comfy
The location of the hotel is very good quite central although a bit far from the main city but it’s a quiet place
The AC cannot be controlled and it always runs at around 19 to 20 Deg C I had to spend two sleepless nights, so it was really not worth it. The beds are of spring and very soft not at all comfortable.
A Disastrous Stay: A Shame to the Radisson NameRating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Price Paid: ₹5,500 per nightRecommendation: Completely avoidable, even if offered for free.First Impressions: A Stinky WelcomeThe disappointment begins the exact moment you step into this property. The entire entry experience is ruined by a lack of cleanliness. The walkways, lobby spaces, and corridors leading to the rooms are neglected and unkept. Worse, the common areas are plagued by a persistent, unpleasant stink that makes you want to turn around immediately. The Room: Way Below Brand StandardsI was allocated a room on the second floor, and it was a massive letdown. This room does not meet the basic quality, hygiene, or comfort standards that travelers expect from the Radisson brand worldwide. Everything felt run-down and poorly maintained. The Rooftop & Pool: Overrun by PigeonsThinking a morning stroll might save the experience, I went up to the rooftop pool area. It was an absolute nightmare. Pigeons have completely taken over the space. The entire pool area was filthy, and the overwhelming stench of bird droppings made it impossible to stay. It is a major health hazard and completely unusable.Final Verdict: Complete FleecingCharging ₹5,500 per night for a property in this shabby condition is nothing short of fleecing the customer. You are paying for a premium brand name but getting a sub-par, unhygienic lodge experience. Do not waste your money here.
Room was clean
Service was bad. Wifi was not working. I called the reception for help, they said they'll send someone, but no one came.
The room was a decent size & the breakfast was good. What I appreciated the most was the staff's friendly attitude & the excellent service they provided throughout my stay.
The towels in both the room & the washroom were in very poor condition. They were extremely rough, looked very old. Additionally, the iron was missing from the room. There was also a noticeable damp spot on one of the walls, apparently caused by water seepage.
