My stay at Hyatt Centric Kolkata was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
The hotel has a great atmosphere, beautifully maintained rooms, excellent cleanliness, and very attentive staff. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful, making the entire stay feel comfortable and effortless.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The location is also very convenient for exploring Kolkata and getting around the city.
What stood out most was the hospitality and attention to detail. The team consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall, Hyatt Centric Kolkata delivered an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An Excellent 12-Day Stay at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge, Kolkata
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge, Kolkata for 12 days, and the entire experience was truly exceptional — from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out.
The Room:
My room was comfortable, well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay, ensuring that the room was always fresh, tidy, and well-stocked. The attention to detail was consistent, which made a big difference during a 12-day stay.
Service & Hospitality:
What stood out the most was the hospitality. Every member of the team I interacted with — from the front office and housekeeping to the restaurant and other hotel staff — was friendly, attentive, and professional. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine willingness to help. Over 12 days, it really felt like the staff knew me and my preferences, which added a personal touch to the stay.
Food & Dining:
The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of options and good quality. The restaurant service was attentive and the staff were always welcoming. Whether it was a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience, the overall quality and presentation were impressive.
Facilities & Ambience:
The hotel has a great atmosphere — modern, stylish, comfortable, and well suited for both business and leisure travellers. The common areas were well maintained, and the overall ambience made it easy to relax after a busy day in Kolkata.
Location:
The Ballygunge location is extremely convenient, especially for exploring South and Central Kolkata. It was easy to get around and access restaurants, shopping areas, and other parts of the city.
Check-out:
The check-out process was just as smooth as the check-in. It was efficient, professional, and handled with a smile — a perfect way to end an otherwise excellent stay.
I hope the restaurants had sat brunch or Sunday buffet soni could entertain my guests

The staff were friendly and helpful
Check in was smooth even though i arrived almost at 12am. However when i entered room i saw the toilet had water all over and slippers outside were wet also.
I called and engineering team came to rectify and said water leaking from Aircon.
Then they manage to fix and had hk come and clean it which already took almost an hour.
Then i found the cleanliness to be an issue as even the hair dryer had a long hair which is not the right way.
Overall it was good but these things shouldnt happen at a reputed hotel like Hyatt.
When i told how i was received at the reception to the manager during checkout atleast they had the courtesy to listen
the way they received me, they were just snubbing me at the reception and made me wait
breakfast was very good and staff very courteous
