This property seems quite new, well maintained and perfectly situated just south of the city centre in Ballygunge. The rooms were clean and comfortable - especially the bed! Breakfast was good with many options and the hotel has a pool spa and rooftop bar / restaurant. Ballygunge was a great neighborhood to stay particularly during Durga Puja. Customer service was exemplary with a special shout out to Mme Bidisha Biswas who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and little bit extra. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable luxury stay in Kolkata with wonderful service.

Ero ospite nella stanza 625. Purtroppo, pur essendo una suite, il rumore ogni notte era fortissimo e non si riusciva a riposare. La stanza è sotto il ristorante è, fino alle 2 di notte, si sentivano fortissimi rumori di tavoli che si spostavano, sedie trascinate e chiasso di ogni tipo. Trovo davvero assurdo che una stanza che costa molto rispetto alle altre venga sistemata in un punto così fastidioso e rumoroso. IL rapporto qualità prezzo, ovviamente, non è per nulla conveniente e sono rimasto molto deluso
Beautiful modern hotel in good location, staff were excellent and very attentive, room had everything you needed. Location was accessible with taxis. Rooftop pool and restaurant were stunning.
The food service was mixed as food never arrived together. This feedback was given to the hotel restaurant manager and they took it onboard and said they would look to change that.

Excellent hotel in all respect. The best is the morning breakfast which is fabulous. If you are staying there then definitely try their granola, freshly baked croissants and wonderfully made omelettes. One of the best and my favorite hotel in the city.

The hotel made me feel like I was at home, the staff was extremely hospitable and warm and made sure all our needs were met - be it early checkin by a few hours (unusual for a hotel to do this), breakfast was served everyday with sandesh (something we had casually requested and they made sure we got it everyday especially for us). Chef Mandeep would personally come see us after every meal and check in. His momos and Ema Datshi were delicious. The hotel location is excellent. They have a lovely lounge too at the rooftop which was great to meet up with some local friend. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Breakfast ggod. At the time of check in the room 419 was not good. Th strong mouldy smell come throught out day and night. After requeting them they change the room and we felt comfortable.
