Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The hotel offers an amazing view, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.

Cons:

there was an unpleasant smell in the room during our stay. There were not hot water in the bathroom. In the early morning, there was quite a bit of noise around the pool area because staff were trying to scare birds away, which disturbed our sleep.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else
Pros:

Very nice hotel, staff were attentive and friendly. The food was exceptional, we had lunch, dinner and the buffet breakfast at the hotel and were delighted with everything we ate.
The room was of a very good size with a sea view from the balcony, the bed was very comfy and the room came with a ceiling fan and air conditioning to cover all bases. All items in the room were functioning correctly and didn't seem dated or in need of replacing.
The pool looked clean although we didn't end up using it and towels are provided, staff were doing their best to keep birds away and the beach was cleaner than that of the adjacent 5 star hotel.
The gym facilities looked good and there was a games room with free access to pool tables, table tennis and table football.

Cons:

The shower did throw a lot of water a long way across the cubicle so there was a bit of water getting out over the edge which could be addressed with a curtain or a glass screen at the entrance.

Nähe zum Busbahnhof und Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung.
Der Preis ist im aktuellen Zustand nicht gerechtfertigt ebenso wie eine 4 Sterne-Bewertung!

Good option for a calm place
Pros:

Room was big and services were overall comprehensive, albeit we had little time to enjoy most of them unfortunately. Direct access to the beach and large swimming pool

Great stay! Glad we found this place - recommend
Pros:

Incredible stay in San Agustin! The location is perfect! Only a few minutes walk from the main strip. The hotel room was very spacious and the amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and the games room! We met a fun couple and we played volleyball and then went out together.
