According to numeral 4 of Article 33 of the Consolidated Text of the VAT and ISC Law, According to local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional charge of 18%.
To be exempt from this additional 18% charge (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note that both documents are mandatory to qualify for the exemption from the charge. Guests who cannot present both documents will have to pay this amount.
Foreign business travellers requiring a printed invoice will also have to pay the additional 18% charge, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

Buena atención y excelente infraestructura

A lovely property right by the ocean, featuring a pool they try to keep clean of birds. Breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The organization of the island tour was perfect; they call the agency, which comes to pick you up in the lobby, and you simply walk to the boarding area. There is a private parking. Beautiful idea the show on the beach with the fire.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed, and every noise is clearly audible; this means sharing in the intimate moments of indiscreet neighbors, which creates awkward situations. We did not sleep well. One suggestion would be to alternate between empty and occupied rooms to ensure everyone’s comfort. The beach should be better maintained. It was difficult to contact the call center and understanding my problem. Then we resolved going there.
Decently comfortable bed, breakfast and menu pretty good. The pisco sours are lethal! Pool was nice and cold which was great to cool down. The beach in the entire town of Paracas isn’t suitable for swimming - this isn’t exclusive to this hotel. Staff were attentive and lovely; they go out of their way to ensure guests are happy and satisfied. They kindly put us in a slightly better-spec room for our last couple of nights. Smart TVs in rooms if you’re into that.
This place has all the makings of a great hotel but is in need of a bit of updating. WiFi is patchy throughout the hotel and unusable in bedrooms, particularly those further from reception. Breakfast is packed away at 10am on the dot irrespective of whether guests are still eating. I understand stopping bringing out additional food but this leaves guests feeling slightly pushed out. Music blasted from the pool after 2pm which I wasn’t particularly mad about but isn’t necessarily congruent with a family-friendly hotel. To be honest I’d expect slightly more for what you’re paying.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Pool direkt am Strand. Zimmer sind schön, groß und sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück hat sehr viel Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Eiergerichte werden noch extra serviert.
Man kann auch auf der Terrasse frühstücken.
Das Wasser in der Dusche konnte nicht abrinnen, weil der Boden nicht abfallend zum Abfluss gebaut war.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are not fancy but simple and clean. The electrical outlets in the room are few and some are not working properly. Good and rich breakfast. Comfortable mattresses. Great for families. There is a gym and there is ping pong and snooker and more and ball games. Good atmosphere. We were a couple and a 12-year-old child. A very good stay.
Hyggelige ansatte, rent og pent på rommet. Fint basseng og fine felles arealer.
Eneste var at frokosten kunne vært litt mer spennende…. Men så er jeg heller ingen hotell frokost entusiast :)

Facilities were amazing.
Couldn’t work the TV at all. Even had 2 staff come and it didn’t work. None of our things charged overnight which was annoying. But we dealt with it. Other than that it was lovely!

El descuido en la limpieza de la playa, ya que al estar prácticamente a la orilla del mar insista dar una caminata y al menos mojar los pies

"Me encantó mi estadía. Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, muy bien cuidadas y acogedoras. La habitación con balcón y vista al mar fue simplemente espectacular; despertarse con esa vista hizo la experiencia aún más especial. En general, todo fue excelente: el ambiente, la comodidad y la atención. Sin duda, fue una estadía genial y volvería con mucho gusto. ¡Totalmente recomendado!"
A very nice lady helped us at the front desk; the AC worked great; bed was super comfortable and we slept great!
The breakfast was not very good. The bread was hard and the eggs were runnier than we’d prefer. The shower pressure was a little bit sharp and the water never really got hot, just warm.
