Pros:

Nähe zum Busbahnhof und Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung.
Der Preis ist im aktuellen Zustand nicht gerechtfertigt ebenso wie eine 4 Sterne-Bewertung!

Good option for a calm place
Pros:

Room was big and services were overall comprehensive, albeit we had little time to enjoy most of them unfortunately. Direct access to the beach and large swimming pool

Great stay! Glad we found this place - recommend
Pros:

Incredible stay in San Agustin! The location is perfect! Only a few minutes walk from the main strip. The hotel room was very spacious and the amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and the games room! We met a fun couple and we played volleyball and then went out together.

Pros:

Top Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, eigenem Strand, grossem Swimming Pool. Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommnen, aber geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, gute Betten. Frühstück ok.
Sehr gut geeignet, um einige Tage auszuspannen und auch Ausflüge zu machen.
Ende April war die Saison schon vorbei, deshalb wenig Gäste und sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Leider sprach der Portier kein Englisch, zum Glück aber unsere Schwiegertochter Spanisch.

Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel, la atención del restaurante y de la recepción. Estar cerca del muelle es una ventaja.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó mucho en la habitación, es que en el baño habían paredes con hongos, el espejo estaba sucio, la puerta del balcón de la habitación estaba dura y no tenía nada para que se pueda dejar abierta. El frigobar sonaba, parecía que no tenía mantenimiento.

Cons:

La piscina estaba sucia, hay aves que se metían a bañarse. Y como qué me dio un poco de recelo porque cuando estuve en la piscina se ve como excremento y plumas de aves. También intente ir al mar pero parecía muy sucio como si hubiese algún desfogue de desagüe.
