Pros:

De lieve meiden aan de balie met zwarte krullen 15/05/2026, zij waren zo aardig, attend en vriendelijk, zij gaven mij en mijn zoontje zo een thuis gevoel en ik voelde me zo bijzonder.

Cons:

De blonde dame bij receptie, heel jammer hoe zij met mij omging, zij keek me amper aan bij het inchecken op de 14de mei in de avond, geen glimlach geen welkom, ik vind het geen 5 sterren vaardig, zij was zelfs heel onvriendelijk met mijn zoontje van 6 en dat deed me ook nog eens pijn! Ik kom graag naar dit hotel terug, ik hoop dat mijn feedback gehoord wordt.

A welcoming hotel that is clean and comfortable and in a great location.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be upgraded to a canal view. The location was central and one stop on the tram to the Cruise Terminal.

De wellness in het hotel was een fijne toevoeging, het ontvangst bij de receptie was heel goed (vriendelijk en oprecht) en het bad op de kamer was heerlijk (groot).
