Pros:

Staff was really kind, room was quite spacious and well equiped. Bed was very comfy and, best of all, the air conditioning in the extreme heat wave! Ah, the bath by the window was very relaxing too!

Great base and beautiful hotel for seeing Rotterdam!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Spacious rooms, good a/c, great location with the tram just outside, helpful staff, beautiful view of the harbour.

Cons:

Breakfast was a touch expensive for what it is

Dit kan makkelijk verbeterd worden
Pros:

Locatie / uitzicht, personeel en schoon. Ook prima spa. Goede TV ook. Ben ook altijd blij met een werkende strijkbout + plank!

Cons:

Kussens zijn slecht. Alle deuren gaan zwaar / zijn stroef. Lege Minibar. WiFi alleen gratis als je lid wordt van Hilton Honors!
Opstap van graniet naar badkamer waar ik mijn voet op verwond heb. Er is géén regendouche in een moderne kamer van bijna 300€. IJsmachine op de gang leuk maar dan moet die wel werken. Ontbijt is prijzig. Voor dat geld zou je eigenlijk á la carte moeten kunnen bestellen.
Bovendien zat ik op een wiebeltafel zonder bestek maar met kruimels op de stoel uit een miniglaasje wat aangelengd sap te drinken.

Horrible this property i can’t believe it’s by by heltone at all
Cons:

We arrived at 11:00 PM. We didn't get all the rooms until 3:00 AM. The reception told us we had to wait because some rooms were occupied and that will check out at 3:00

. They gave us one room, but there were other guests already there, which almost caused a big problem because we entered their room.

There was absolutely no organization. We asked for the manager on duty, but the reception told us he wasn't there.

We booked a suite, but we only got a standard room.

A 8. emeleti spa tökéletes volt egy hosszú nap után. A kilátás onnan, főleg a szaunából pazar. Az összenyitható szobák hatalmasak voltak. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész. A reggeli pár napra változatos. Helyben lehetett kerékpárt bérelni. A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló. A parkolás kérhető a hotel alá, le kell adni a kulcsot. De közelben vannak parkolóházak is.

Cons:

Gyerek méretű kerékpárt jó lett volna bérelni. A reggelihez krémeket hiányoltuk. (Pl. májkrém, tonhalkrém, avokádókrém)
