Pros:

Location next to harbour, transport and local markets. I booked room with sauna and jacuzzi which was excellent. Breakfast - good choices and enough spaces to sit. Harbour side rooms- view is astounding

Cons:

Only one thing, government has increased VAT from 9 to 21 percent so need to shell out extra money on check in.

Pros:

Excellent location in Rotterdam. Room was spotless and comfortable. The spa and 'Wellness centre' provided incredible views over the city and harbour.
The staff were perfect.

Habitaciones grandes y buena localizacion

Cons:

He pedido para que me dieran mi factura, se quedaron con mi mail y no me enviaron nada, y la factura la necesito.
No tenían ni siquiera agua o el kit básico con pasta de dientes, creo que por 400€ la noche, es lo mínimo.

A great hotel with outstanding river and harbour views
Pros:

The Haven is an excellent choice for a trip to Rotterdam. Situated right next to the water, by the maritime museum and all the historic vessels that are moored in this fascinating harbour, it has great views of the activity around Leuvehaven and the busy river beyond.  Watching the nighttime lights of the port, including the Erasmus bridge, is a wonderful way to end your day in this bustling city, from the viewpoint of your very comfortable bed.

Rooms are light, clean, comfortable and modern, served by quick and efficient elevators; there is a small spa with pool and sauna on the 8th floor, also with wonderful views; a great way to relax with a book in the comfortable lounge chairs. 

The location for transport is unbeatable with tram and metro lines directly outside the hotel to the station and all other parts of the city - and even on to Den Haag (metro line E). The waterferry loop to New York hotel - and the amazing Fenix gallery - is situated by the nearby Maritime museum; there is a watertaxi stop for private hire directly outside the hotel. Staff are efficient, visible, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Cons:

It is odd that there is only one chair in the rooms; a narrow window seat does not provide the comfortable seating that such amazing views command - and are such an asset to the hotel.
