La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel à celui-ci

L’accueil pas d’effort de la part de la personne à l’accueil à notre arrivée , elle était de mauvaise humeur ,
Je lui ai demandé de parler moins vite car je ne comprenez pas tout , j’ai eu un gros soupir , pas un seul sourire ou signe de complétude…
Ne nous a pas indiqué l’heure et l’emplacement du p’tit déjeuner , ni le niveau de notre chambre…
Elle était assez forte et portait des lunettes

Super Lage - hätten uns keine bessere wünschen können für unseren Rotterdambesuch
Sehr komfortable große Zimmer, super sauber, mit Specials wie Nespressokapseln, Eiswürfeln, Bügelbrett, Whirlpool
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, wobei ich mir gerne noch mehr vegane Optionen gewünscht hätte
Fitness ebenfalls gut
Und ich habe herrlich geschlafen, super bequeme Betten

Cons:

Lobby war nicht einladend, zu laute Musik, auch im unteren Restaurant, weshalb wir auch nicht dort gegessen haben.
