Staff are so welcoming, and location is perfect but the room could be cleaner

I location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! It was right in the middle of everything!

Pros:

Locatie was super! Wel duur met parkeren maar dat is overal in waikiki. Parkeerplaats bij het hotel was vol 1e nacht daardoor een alternatieve van 50 dollar moeten nemen.

Cons:

Kamer was smoetzig. Nachkasje was duidelijk niet afgedaan en onder de bedden lagen nog allemaal dingen die niet van ons waren plus allemaal dikke pluizen stof. Schoonmaak kon overduidelijk beter.

Un cauchemar!
Pros:

pas grand chose en fait mise à part la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Première impression dans les couloirs : tout sent le moisi, les sols sont humides et mal séchés, il y a des fuites d'eau au plafond...
Puis on est arrivé dans notre chambre pour tomber nez à nez avec des cafards dans les placards.
Les placards de la kitchenette n'étaient pas propre ce qui attirait les bêtes. Il manquait des ustensiles (assiettes, fourchettes, couteaux, casseroles) à notre arrivée. Les lits sont des lits à ressorts qui datent de quelques années. Les rideaux de la fenêtre étaient sales et avaient du mal à glisser.
La salle de bain était presque propre, les coins et les angles étaient moisis. Dans la douche, le pommeau est noir de moisissures et son tuyau n'a pas dû être lavé depuis plusieurs mois.
La terrasse aurait bien besoin d'un coup de karcher.
Le pire c'est de voir courir les cafards la nuit, quand vous vous levez pour aller aux toilettes. Les enfants ont adorés (ironique)

1st ever Hawaii trip!
Pros:

Alot of the things you could do were walkable, did not need a car. The staff were all very friendly!

Pros:

Top Lage. Nur die Zimmer zum Innenhof einigermaßen leise. Wenn keine Parkkarten für den naheliegenden Parkplatz mehr vorhanden (35 US Dollar pro Tag) kaum bezahlbarer Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.

Cons:

Das Alter sieht man an jeder Stelle, das Hotel ist seit langem renovierungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Generalnie zdjęcia na booking podkręcone. W pokoju brakuje miejsca na rozpakowanie walizki. Jedna pseudo szafa z kilkoma wieszakami. Personel sprząta powierzchownie pokoje. Spaliśmy 9 nocy i nikt nie wymienił pościeli. W naszej łazience było nawet czysto poza zaśniedziałym kranem w umywalce, podgnita szafka pod umywalką. Czy dno basenu jest odkurzane? Wątpię … strefa basenowa czynna do 21:30. Dwa stoliki na basenie z parasolem i poniszczone leżaki. Po godzinie 21:30 nie można siedzieć na zew przy basenie nawet nie korzystając z niego. W hotelu miejsca gdzie możesz usiąść wieczorem na zewnątrz. Przez 9 dni tylko jeden zauważony karaluch w pokoju 😀
