Great location, good value and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. Beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant and helpful. The family suite we were in had a refrigerator, microwave and a stove top which was handy.

Cons:

Hard to find with parking a few blocks away. You have to park in a loading zone and get a paid pass before parking. I only found this out when I called because I was having trouble finding the hotel. Also I was disappointed that the washing machine didn’t work (a new one was on order).

I love it here OVERALL!
Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful with my stay. It’s nearby restaurants, shopping centers, bars / clubs for nightlife fun etc.

Cons:

Pros:

The property is close to everything in Waikīkī

Cons:

The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the hall. The door was dirty, the room smelled like mildew and the shower was dirty. The pool had mold on the steps and the deck is hot air n the afternoon

The stay at Polynesian Residences was very good. I'd recommend it.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.
Polynesian Residences is in a great location. It's right near the restaurants & shops and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beaches in either direction.
It's far enough away from the main beach & party strip so that you aren't disturbed by late night revellers.
The on-site pool was very welcome if you didn't feel like walking to the beach.
The staff were very friendly and took the trouble to remember us & our room number, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

The lack of tea making facilities such as a kettle was less than ideal. There were no tea bags in our room. (Not a great problem)
The place needs a bit of work as some of the paintwork and furniture is showing signs of wear and tear.

A perfect stay to live your vacation
Pros:

The staff was exceptional in meeting our needs, the perfect location to experience the sea and the city both day and night. Perfect room to live the holiday to the fullest.

With an little improvement in the furnishing of the rooms, it could make them even more efficient and comfortable
