The reception staff and manager were courteous. Location is convinient

Cons:

The rooms are pathetically small. Hv never seen a room with was basin outside bathroom and next to bed
Absolute no space inside room to even change clothes
No wardrobes available too
Food at breakfast serve wasn't upto the standards of IHG
Went there on thr brand image of IHG and Holiday Inn but was terribly disappointed

The location of hotel is prime and accessible to good outlets and transportation

Cons:

Rooms are very congested and with poor ventilation. Had mosquitoes inside the room. AC was very poor and had too many powercuts especially at night disturbing sleep.

Overall stay experience was good. Hatsoff to the privacy maintained. Staff was good smiling face and always approachable and helpful.
