Pros:

We stayed in a Family Suite on the 12th floor. The view was absolutely amazing. The apartment had a balcony and a large floor-to-ceiling window at the front, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The location was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, and some furniture and facilities were a bit worn or damaged. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but better cleanliness and maintenance would make it even better.

Leiachtige locatie uitzicht en zeer ruim appartement.
Pros:

De ligging, uitzicht en de grote ruimtes

Cons:

De afwerking. Mocht een opknapbeurt krijgen. Vooral de kranen waren overal los of functioneerde niet naar behoren.
Miste stuk gordijn en n de overgordijnen in leef gedeelte.

Difference in floors!
Pros:

The place was nice, this is my second year staying at the urban Residence, last year I stayed on the 14th fl.

Séjour décevant : accueil désagréable, manque d’entretien et hygiène insuffisante pour le prix.

Très déçue par ce séjour. Dès le check-in, l’accueil a été désagréable et peu professionnel. De plus, l’attente pour les ascenseurs était interminable, ce qui est problématique lorsque l’on séjourne au 9ᵉ étage.
Concernant la chambre, la paroi de douche était difficile à manipuler, le bac de douche était jauni et certains murs abîmés. Les rideaux présentaient de nombreuses taches.
Dans la pièce de vie, le réfrigérateur avait une ampoule cassée, la poubelle était endommagée et sale en dessous, et plusieurs surfaces présentaient des traces de saleté. Les éviers étaient également tachés, avec des marques qui partaient pourtant facilement en les nettoyant, ce qui laisse penser à un manque d’entretien régulier.
Au vu du prix payé, le niveau d’hygiène et l’entretien général de l’établissement ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Appartamento molto ampio e ben strutturato. Ammirare Rotterdam dall'alto è stata davvero una bella esperienza.

Look good in photos but very tatty
Pros:

I had a terrible experience here.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER THEY HAVE NO AIR-CONDITIONING BUT THEY HAVE PLENTY OF MOSQUITOES, LOL!

With all the windows, it’s like a green house.
If it’s 25 degrees outside it’s 35 degrees inside With no a/c.

There is no cleaning/ housekeeping for your first six days. They will send you an email to say they do provide a light clean which means they give you towels and toilet paper every 3 days lol !

Location is good but rooms are abit battered.
