Hygiene. Onderlakens te klein. Slechte kwaliteit kussens. Te weinig hangers. Onderhoud in het algemeen. Gebrek aan koeling/airconditioning.

Pros:

- L'emplacement de l'hôtel.
- La vue
- La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

- Les équipements détériorés et insalubres ( Douche qui fuit, moisissure dans la douche, four pas propre, aspirateur défectueux, porte d'entrée qui frotte le sol et gêne l'ouverture et la fermeture)
- Le Chromecast en option qui n'était pas fonctionnel dès le premier jour mais qui m'a tout de même été facturé.

- La surfacturation des options qu'il m'a été demandé de régler pour ensuite mettre en place une demande de remboursement qui n'apparaît nul par sur la facture.

- Les draps et matelas pas vraiment propres.

Upon arrival the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and arrogant. The other male staff members were very nice and super helpful. I don’t know why the girl was so rude .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer großartigen Stadt, beste Lage im Zentrum.
Pros:

Unsere Wohnung im minimalistischen Stil mit großen Glasfronten und tollem Blick im 9. Stock, mit Balkon. Alles offen. War renoviert. Küche gute Ausstattung. Hotelempfang im Haus, rund um die Uhr besetzt.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten: Bett nach meinem Geschmack zu weich, für meine Frau gerade richtig. Aufzug ließ uns immer mal warten.

Cons:

Arrival reception was unsmiling . Request for a high floor studio was not met . I was advised they were ‘full’ by unsmiling receptionist . And yet on the web there was availability . Subsequent receptionist’s were smiling .
This is a design led studio which should be faultless but the lighting was faulty . I reported it every day . Only on the last day was it supposedly repaired but it actually wasn’t . So the atmosphere at night in the studio was not what it should have been and impossible to read on one side of the bed after dark . One plug was positively dangerous .
Only one receptionist ever apologised . No gesture of goodwill offered ( any hotel of this standing would have fixed the problem , offered a move of room or a gesture of goodwill ) . Subsequent email after departure to the property is unanswered . It was a pity .. in my view they should have offered a small discount for the inconvenience ….

Stunning Apartment in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Location was good, apartment spacious and well appointed.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit tight, so not the best fit for those who may be claustrophobic or oversized Americans.

De aantrekkelijke foto’s op booking zijn al lang achterhaald. Ooit moet het wel mooi geweest zijn.
