Location, amenities. Unit was more or less tidy but was a bit dusty and the ventilation is not at all great.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk was quite brusque and condescending. The next day we talked to a gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful. So I guess not everyone is the same but your experience as a guest here is likely to depend heavily on who assists you at the desk. The two early morning desk agents we encountered were much less polite and cut and dry than the day associates who were actually quite nice (the staff appeared to operate in shifts, and were likely students). It gets very hot at times in Rotterdam and this unit has no AC. We encountered one of those days and even with keeping windows propped open for cross ventilation the unit did not really cool down enough to feel comfortable. Plan for this if you are less tolerant of warmer than expected overnight conditions for sleeping.

Nice location. High price compared to qualifications other than location.

Top locatie voor als je wilt shoppen hotel ook goed gelegen in de stad maar de hygiene kan beter m.

Cons:

Hygiene kan beter. Waren schimmels in de badkamer en de vloer was kapot en beschadigd. We hebben dan een andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen daar was het iets beter maar toch nog opmerkingen over de hygiene (schimmels)

Gut, aber etwas unpersönlich
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend für Menschen die Mittendrin sein wollen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und das Parken günstig.

Cons:

Die Flure ähneln eher einer JVA als einem Hotel und das Gebäude an sich ist eher von außen schön. Leider keine Klimaanlage was ein echtes Problem wird, wenn es richtig warm ist.
