Delayed Deposit and Maintenance Concerns

The location and the view.

Cons:

There were several noticeable damages in the apartment, including defects in the doors, walls, lamps, and power outlets.

The security deposit, which should have been released immediately upon check‑out, was not returned for more than two weeks. During this period, I contacted the reception multiple times and was consistently informed that the deposit had been released on the day of departure, despite no refund appearing in my account.

Only after requesting written confirmation of the release, so I could follow up with my bank, was the deposit suddenly returned while I was still on the phone with the reception.

Nie wrócę tam. Jestem rozczarowana.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i przestrzeń.

Cons:

Apartament jest bardzo zniszczony, wymaga remontu, wszystko jest zużyte, podłoga popękana, brodzik i kabina stare i zużyte. Na zdjęciach wygląda na czyste i schludne, więc tym większe rozczarowanie. Do tego jest kaucja, co przy tak zniszczonym obiekcie jest dziwne.
Plus czystość też mogłaby by być na lepszym poziomie; brudna barierka, brudny balkon, brudne okna.

Bel appartement moderne idéal.
Pros:

Superbe appartement spacieux, en plein centre, vue superbe. Propre, bien équipé, proche metro, tram et commerce, personnel aimable et serviable.

Cons:

La caution de 300 € est débitée immediatement, et il faut insister par mail pour la récupérer quelques jours plus tard, à savoir pour le budget des vacances.

Sehr enttäuschend!
Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht war gut.

Cons:

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass das Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand war und weder grundlegenden Sauberkeits- noch Wartungsstandards entsprach. Die Wände waren verschmutzt und beschädigt, der Boden stark verkratzt und ebenso wie die Fenster sehr verdreckt. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer deutlich vernachlässigt. Zusätzlich befanden sich Flecken auf dem Bett, was den Eindruck mangelnder Hygiene weiter verstärkt hat.

Auch der Balkon war enttäuschend: Er war nicht nur komplett ohne Möbel ausgestattet, sondern zudem sehr dreckig und praktisch nicht nutzbar.

Besonders problematisch war das Badezimmer: In der Dusche war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel, zudem war die Dusche selbst beschädigt. Das stellt nicht nur ein hygienisches, sondern auch ein gesundheitliches Risiko dar. Die Mängel wurden von mir dokumentiert, und auch das Hotelpersonal hat diese nach einer Meldung bestätigt.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail habe ich vom Hotelmanagement keine Rückmeldung erhalten, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert hat.

Insgesamt hat all das meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt und lag weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Hotel diese Probleme ernst nimmt und dringend Maßnahmen ergreift, um die Qualität und Sauberkeit zu verbessern.
