Pros:

The location is strategist, near one of the big mall in Pekanbaru. The view is awesome. The facilities are good too, there is outdoor swimming pool. The staffs are very humble.

Grand Super Delux kamer.
Erg slecht hotel. Niet 5sterren waardig. Was van plan naar een ander hotel te gaan. Maar omdat ik al betaald had voor de 4 nachten en niet meer kon annuleren(geen geld terug kreeg) Was ik genoodzaak te blijven. Met het gevolg dat ik ziek werd van de vervuilde airco

Stoffige kamer. Met witte schimmel(zie foto)
Vervuilde aircorooster.
De zitting van de sofa gleed steeds weg als je erop zit
De kussens zijn niet fris. Ze hadden een nare geur. Beslapen geur. Ik heb om andere kussens gevraagd.
Het beddengoed en kussensslopen waren grauw en leken beslapen. Ook gevraagd om het bed opnieuw op temaken met schoon beddengoed.
De handdoeken waren ook vies en roken naar riool water
Ik heb de housekeeper gevraagd om aan de handdoeken te ruiken.
Heb toen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen.

It’s convenient. Room is ample for 4 adults. Service is good. All request is attended properly such as request for iron as well as fresh towel. Daily housekeeping is done attentively.
