Great choice when visiting Bird In Hand area
Pros:

I loved its proximity to attractions in the area. We enjoyed the bus tour.

Cons:

The rooms in the front building where we stayed could use some updating. I felt it was a little pricey for the outdated room.

Pros:

We requested handicapped room in a specific section of the inn a year in advance (yes, one whole year) and was required to complete a minimum 3 night stay. We showed up and not only was room not reserved in requested section, it is not handicap accessible (my husband is a partial amputee). The hotel is clean enough, I’ll give it that, but don’t expect requested accommodations to be fulfilled.

A lovely resort-type family-oriented hotel/motel in the middle of Amish country.
Pros:

pool, hot tub, overall appearance of the property, location in Amish country, access to shops and restaurants, yet in beautiful farmland, staff were helpful and friendly.

I arrived at 10am aware that check in is at 3pm, early check in was not available understandably it was a busy Saturday morning. I wasn’t called to check in until 3:45 pm. Not a deal breaker but I didn’t expect to get in after check in at 3:45. In any case we were allowed to use the facilities, pools, take the farmland tour while we waited. I would definitely return for another stay & recommend this place. The staff was very friendly
