Pros:

Sertac was very helpful to assist me and a group of friends to arrange the rooms to be on the same level and also help us retain the same room even though we have 2 different bookings. He offer good advice and is very friendly.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and not suitable for my back. Also we can hear running water from adjacent room.

10/10 would stay again if we get the same room next time haha
Pros:

When we arrive the kind man at reception upgraded our room to the suite and wow what a room. Very big and clean plus two bathrooms. and was on 15th floor room 1512 so brilliant view. bed was super comfy. Everything was good. there was little cafe next door we ate there most days for breakfast. Good food.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet, with a relaxing atmosphere. I slept extremely well. The staff was very attentive and responsive, and the breakfast was varied, offering something for every taste. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, which I consider a major advantage.
