Public health shutdown the breakfast.
Hard to get towels - housekeeping is every other day, and challenging to get towels after asking multiple days. Had to take towels from the pool just to shower twice during our stay because we couldn’t get towels from housekeeping or from the front desk.
Bed was very uncomfortable (King suite room)
Washer wasn’t great and dryer even on hot setting did not dry the small load of clothes done.
Hamptons are exclusively our favourite hotels, and the first time I’ve left a review that wasn’t 10/10.
There are too many hotels in the area to pick this one. It’s not nearly up to the regular standards you get from this chain.
Run out of coffee. No enough choices of foods. Poor services.

THE BED!! I had a good sleep. I also love that the room has a smart tv where I can watch Netflix and Youtube. And the breakfast has a variety of food to choose from. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Room Carpet floor looks old making a cleanliness feeling. I prefer not carpet floor in the rooms.
The room was ready and clean, but most important, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the young lady who checked us in to Golam who checked us out. We were there for a family medical issue and everything went smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about anything but that issue. The facility was clean and a take away breakfast was made up for us so we could get to the hospital early. Thanks to everyone.
