Perfect stay!
Pros:

As always this hotel goes beyond when it comes to comfort and the staff...been here several times and it is my favorite hotel...mostly because of the top services and their attention to details. I won't bore you with the perfect room and most comfortable bed but I will tell you they will do everything they can to make your stay memorable. My favorite part from this stay was that after we came back from our walk in the pouring rain a thermos with hot tea and fresh brownies were waiting for us in our room...it's like they knew exactly what we needed before we did. Keep up the good work!

מלון פשוט מצוין! החדרים מרווחים, נעימים ונקיים ברמה גבוהה מאוד. המלון כולו מבריק מניקיון, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, מגוונת וטעימה.

אבל מעל הכול – השירות. הצוות אדיב, מקצועי, מסביר פנים ועושה הכול כדי שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח. המיקום מעולה, במיוחד למי שרוצה להיות קרוב לעיר העתיקה, ובנוסף יש חנייה – יתרון גדול.

ללא ספק אחד המלונות הטובים שבהם התארחנו ברומניה. ממליץ בחום ואשמח מאוד לחזור שוב!

Pros:

Excellent location if you are arriving by train. Easy bus or taxi ride into city centre. Friendly and welcoming reception staff.

Cons:

Whilst everything is ultra modern, it feels more style over substance. (eg glass bathroom wall was tight up against bed : glass doors in bathroom : lighting very subdued so it always felt like twilight : heavy lampshade hanging over chair which looks very stylish but we were constantly banging our head when getting in and out of the chair) etc Obviously, all this is personal preference, but whilst the room was very "designer", it was just not designed for comfort and we were travelling extensively so comfort was our main focus!

מומלץ בחום רב
Pros:

צוות המלון בקבלה ובמתחם הספא היה שירותי מאוד . המיטה בחדר הייתה חלום גדולה, גבוהה ויכולנו לישון לרוחב . השירות היה מעולה. הנקיון והאביזרים הנלווים תרמו לתוספת ההנאה שלנו שהתחילה ממכונת קפה עם פולים משובחים , חליטות תה מיוחדות , חלוקי רחצה מגבות באיכות גבוהה עוד נוספים לחדר הרחצה כמו מברשות שיניים ארוזות.
הספא היה השפיץ של המקום לאחר יום של טיול היה מושלם לשהות באזור הבריכה המחוממת והגאקוזי שהייתי חייב להחזיק חזק שלא תעיף אותי מהמקום. מתחמי הסאונה היבשה הרטובה וחדר המלח וחדר מנוחה מרגיע .
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מושלמת ולמביני עניין מושקעת בכל מנה ומנה שהציעו .
החנייה הייתה חינם ומאובטחת נקייה וזמינה. במתחם המלון היה אפשרות לרדת לקומה התחתונה ולשחק באולינג,סנוקר,ומשחקי מחשב למי שמעוניין. לובי מפואר ומזמין . קומת העיסויים מדהימה ועושה חשק להגיע שוב . עיסויים מכל הסוגים עם חדרים מרהיבים שמזמנים חופש ורוגע. מומלץ בחום רב
