Choose Kronwell 20/10 🌟
Pros:

Every. Single. Thing. Was. Spotless.

Check-in - you can park the car for free seamlessly. We got a refreshing towel. Everyone was smiling, friendly and welcoming. Everything was prefixed with "would you like"? Not every customer is the same as the next one, and while the hotel may offer a ton of services, not every service suits everyone. Ultimate professionalism and customer care to contribute to a great individual experience.

Breakfast - to die for! I am almost certain that this is the best hotel breakfast ever. Diverse. Top quality. Topped with service - nobody was in our face, but the table was serviced immediately and genuinely "cu drag" (with pleasure).

We had lunch at the lobby restaurant, and everyone loved the á la carte dishes too. Great service once again.

Belaqva Spa - honestly they should advertise better pictures because the real thing is so much better. As a Kronwell customer, a 12€ fee gets you access to a fantastic locker room, towels, bathrobes, an indoor heated pool, a bubble massage pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, and a lot more. One could bet they got teleported to Scandinavia. Again everything topped up with friendly, clear and helpful service.

If we had more time to try more, we would probably praise also the patisserie, the bowling, the biljard, etc. Next time!
Until then, facilities aside, Kronwell would not be Kronwell if it wasn't for the people - thank you to each and every single one for your professionalism and kindness ❤️

Cons:

What is not to like? That Kronwell Brasov only has a 4-star hotel designation, instead of the 6-star hotel designation that it delivers in reality.

מלון מודרני ומעוצב לעילא.
שירות מצוין.
חניה ללא תשלום לבאי המלון.
המסעדה במלון טובה מאוד.
במלון ישנו גם מרכז פעילות המתאים מאוד לפעילות משפחתית קלילה ( באולינג, שולחן טניס , בילארד).

הכניסה לבריכה בתשלום.
המיקום אינו בעיר העתיקה אך נמצא במרחק נסיעה קצר.

Camera spațioasă, modern mobilata. Baia cu pereți de sticla spectaculoasă. Personal profesionist ,foarte amabil .Spa-ul foarte bine echipat ( saune dierite),jacuzzi,piscina destul de mare pentru un hotel. Mic dejunul foarte consistent si diversificat .
