Overall, it's a 3-star stay: the location near the Kuching Waterfront is excellent.
Pros:

Excellent central location in Kuching's Golden Triangle! Super close to the waterfront and tons of great local cafes.

Cons:

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The carpet was dusty and needs regular vacuuming. The toilet bowl is old/stained and desperately needs to be changed.

The room was very comfortable and there were a lot of places to walk to.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable. They replaced the towels and drinking water every day.

Cons:

I didn’t know the toilets only had a bidet (i’m used to using a hose to wash up). They didn’t replace the toilet paper after cleaning up the room.

Gute Lage, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten und super Lage. Sehr nettes Personal!

Cons:

Teilweise unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Lobby/Frühstücksraum stark heruntergekühlt.
