Generally, happy - except the WiFi issue.
Pros:

The room was clean, well serviced and generally well maintained. The view was excellent and close to Kuching waterfront

Cons:

The wifi provided was bad. Despite repeated complaints, the staff who initially were helpful in resetting the WiFi, later became not responsive. The breakfast was of average spread and quality. I feel the room is over priced.

Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant. Parking was good, nearby facilities were OK
Pros:

The location is good in general as it was near the water front. Accessibility to Food and Beverage joints are good but the food variety is limited. The breakfast in the hotel was always the same lacking creativity and variety. Would not opt for breakfast if I stay a 2nd time. The rooms are clean. That was a great plus point.

Cons:

The air conditioning is too cold and cannot be controlled and the air draft is always directed at the 2nd bed. Hence, it is difficult to sleep and the discotheque noises somewhere is disturbing.

The location is great. This hotel is my favourite stay in kuching. The location is the center to everywhere. The breakfast is good eventhough does not have a lot of choice.. The room is precious

Pros:

Great overnight stay. Close to good food, and several tourist attractions. My favorite part of this room was the view over the river, which is spectacular. This hotel offered luggage storage during my overnight trip to Bako NP, which is very helpful.

中心に近くとても便利な場所、部屋からサラワク川が見えてとても良かった
部屋は広くて清潔でゆっくりできた
空港に向かう時には、タクシーがなかなかつかまらずホテルのフロントでgrabを呼んでくれた

整體來說還算滿意
Pros:

床舒服、飯店後面有一間好吃的印度餐廳、不用先寄放行李可以提早入住、電視很多頻道可以選、旁邊有一間7-11、晚上滿安靜的！

Excellent location, with room for improvement
Pros:

1. Location is very strategic. Walkable to must-see Kuching attractions, shopping, food and a well-stocked convenience store next door.
2. Spacious room with excellent view of the river and SUK building.
3. Bed was surprisingly comfy.
4. Good shower pressure.

Cons:

1. Musty smell of room and corridors. Suggest air fresheners.
2. Spartan toilet amenities. No face or hand towels provided
3. Subpar room cleanliness. Some dust/hair in closet.
4. No bedside plug points
