Lokasi strategik, bilik yang selesa dan staf yang ramah.
Pros:

Bilik yang luas, selesa dan bersih. Sarapan yang enak dan memuaskan. Lokasi hotel memang sangat strategik, berdekatan dengan Waterfront Kuching serta pusat membeli belah serta kedai-kedai souvenir.

Staffs and doorman friendly and helpful services

Cons:

1) Bathroom cleanliness - edges not so clean
2) The toilet doesn't has a handheld bidet
3) Aircond cannot control the temperature properly. Set 26°C but still feel very cold even during day time with hot weather outside
