호텔가서 처음 다치고 왔습니다

호텔입구 도어맨들은 어느5성급보다도 최고친절함.룸을 추가요금내고 광안대교뷰 로 바꾼터라 창밖풍경과 쾌적한 방에 침구도 편안 . 커피맛도 좋음

첫날늦게 도착한편이라 31층 바?로 술한잔하러 가서 주문하는데 메뉴중한가지를 어떤거냐 물으니 남직원이 결정하고 불러달라면서 휙 가버림.너무 황당.바쁘거나 잘못들었나 싶었는데 어느호텔가도 저런직원처음봄.이틀째 딸애가 목욕한다고 밤늦게 욕조들어가려고 한발걸치다 테두리 대리석에너무 세게부딪침.움직이지 못할정도 통증이세서 호텔측에 연락해서 119타고 응급실행.다행히심한 타박상이고 뼈는 괜찮다해서 서울와서 병원치료중임
욕조주변붙잡는거나 미끄럼방지를 해야될듯.딸애가 파크하얏트 가자해서 간곳에서 다치고 오니 앞으론 두려워서 갈생각이 1도없음

There are simply no words to describe the view from our room—it was absolutely breathtaking. I could have stayed in the room all day just admiring it, and it was definitely worth every penny. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay.

조식 부폐 식당 직원들은 친절하고
전망도 좋았음.

Cons:

키를 에레베이터에 갖다대면 숙박하는 층수가 자동으로 셋팅되는데
셋팅되지 않아 세번이나 직원과 씨름했고
프론트가 아닌 사무실에 가서야 해결함.
룸을 안내하는 직원이 없어 룸의 사용법을 알기위해 룸서비스를 불렀는데
호출한 후10분 정도를 지나서야 룸에 와서 사용법을 설명해줌.
해운대에서 가장 비싼 호텔치고는
서비스가 많이 부족해 다시는 가고
싶지 않은 호텔이었음.

Magnifique hôtel malheureusement décevant
Pros:

Jolie chambre spacieuse et moderne, propre, personnel agréable

Cons:

Éclairage de la chambre très sombre, trop d’interrupteurs électriques , surtout le « master » qui éteint /allume tout d’un coup sans possibilité d’allumer séparément (+ les volets électriques). Pas assez de place au petit-déjeuner, donc il faut attendre (parfois 20 minutes).

Премиум ради премиума, а не гостя.
Pros:

Отличный персонал. Вид из номера Ocean View на мост и залив очень красивый. Ночью видны фейерверки. Отличный бассейн по температуре. Вкусная еда в Patisserie.

Cons:

В номере неуютно - двери очень тяжелые, ребёнок 6 лет не мог нормально открыть дверь в туалет из-за очень тугих доводчиков. Шторы блэкаут отлично перекрывают свет, но привод очень громкий.
Часть розеток у нас не работало, отя в целом их порядка 12-15 на номер, так что проблем прям не испытывали.
Холодильник почти не работает (слабо холодит, морозильной камеры нет) и полностью забит платными напитками от отеля - свою еду или фрукты убрать почти некуда.
В бассейн пускают только с шапочками, притом сами шапочки в отеле продают очень низкого качества и по завышенной цене.
Отель премиальный и местами премиум сдерживает посетителя и не даёт расслабиться, все время должен быть сыном маминой подруги.
Вокруг отеля в округе Marine City нет почти ничего - все норм магазины и пляж в 25 минутах пешком (благо такси дешевое и очень доступное через приложение Kakao T).
