A very responsive staffs
Pros:

As i had issue with the tv, they willingly changed my room to a new one. However,since we are in a group of 3, the new room is very small for us to pray and requested to change AGAIN for a bigger room. And they able to changed it to a new bigger room with functional tv. A big thank you for the staffs and sorry so much for any inconvinience from us.

Cons:

I thought that Kuching Waterfront is walkable within the hotel.. but it's nott. We need to call for a grab if we need to go to the main street of Kuching. Howeverr, it was very quiet during midnight and we able to sleep peacefully.

Excellent value for the price.
Pros:

Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Good and daily housekeeping service.
The building and facilities are in good condition, well maintained and clean.
Convenience store, pharmacy and eateries nearby.

Cons:

A fridge and safe in the room would have been good.
The otel located a bit out of the centre with not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity.
