Great location and wonderful staff – with a few improvements, this hotel could be even better.
Pros:

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and about 15 minutes from the train station. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was good, especially considering it costs only €3 per person.

Cons:

The hotel has an older style and could use some refreshing to improve its overall appearance. The reception area and interior walls would benefit from some renovation. I would also recommend paying a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the tableware, as some coffee cups did not always appear to be thoroughly cleaned.

Close to attractions but aging property
Pros:

The property was clean. Not far from attractions which was convenient.

Cons:

It was very old inside and the shower was in a different corner of the room to the toilet and sink. We woke up at a normal time in the morning to start the day and the water was very cold already. We also pre-paid our booking which said it included all taxes, however the property still expected euros for tourist tax on our arrival which we did not expect.

Bellissimo Hotel a due passi dalla Torre pendente e dal centro di Pisa. Struttura molto graziosa e confortevole che ha conservato quel tocco tradizionale dell’Italia di qualche decina di anni fa, nell’arredamento e nell’atmosfera. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Consigliata la colazione all’italiana a soli 3€ a persona, consumata in veranda. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Overall a good stay I would definitely stay again don’t miss out on the restaurant the food is excellent
Pros:

Excellent location, good aircon, shower small but good pressure with plenty of hot water, breakfast just a croissant juice and coffee with some packeted toast small crispy things and preserves with coffee well worth 3€ it cost
The restaurant at night is superb

Cons:

Toilet very difficult to flush, having xtra bed in room made it difficult to navigate around end of bed
