Falta información en el personal del checking, personas no residentes en colombia no deben pagar impuestos, existen colombianos que han tomado otra nacionalidad y en el pasaporte dice que nacio en colombia y tiene otra nacionalidad por que eso no va cambiar, ellos no entienden eso , dicen que no debe decir q es de Colombia, se necesita q ellos se informen bien en eso, se pierde mucho tiempo en el checking por su desinformación, existen personas no residentes que aun poseen nacionalidad

La habitación no tenía servicio de televisión, el área de recepción muy estrecha y las vías de acceso y salida muy incómodas por obras en sus alrededores
La ubicacion es muy buena, aunque hay que tener paciencia por las obras de la zona, y las obras en el lobby del hotel, pero estas obras es para mejorar precisamente la zona. es cuestion de paciencia. desayuno muy bueno, habitaciones super comodas e iluminadas.
el internet en la habitacion, estaba un poco lento, nos toco uso de internet del celular.
