Pros:

The carpets on the corridor has an awful smell anytime you open the door of your apartment to walk to the lift.

The place is a tourist trap and extremely. All foreigner please do not stay here. and they are a tourist trap.

Nothing, the place is old and smelly. I booked here for the laundry machine but it broke twice. They finally change my room as complaining.

This place is a fraud and a tourist trap. They are dishonest. Do not stay here We asked the front desk about your and such they quoted my family of 4 going to The Great Wall $800 USD just for a minivan OMG. They are cheater. This price just includes personal driver for 7 hours and entrance ticket and no guide. This place is fraud do not stay here again.
We booked them a ride from the airport from Beijing airport and they charge us $150 USD come to find out I could have only pay $50 USD in DIDI taxi app.

I would be happy to stay here again. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and location were excellent.
The check-in process was quick, and the staff spoke English well. I also appreciated that if you leave the security deposit in cash, there are no problems getting it back after check-out, unlike when using cards issued by Russian banks.
The swimming pool was clean, and towels, slippers, and even swimming caps were provided there. The gym was also excellent, with water and towels available.
The hotel has a fantastic location. The Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven are approximately a 25–35-minute walk away. There is a small 24-hour shop right below the hotel. A pharmacy, cafés, a tea shop, and a shopping mall with branded clothing are all within a 5-minute walk.
The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable! Everything was clean, and all the necessary kitchenware was provided. Housekeeping is available daily, depending on your preference.

Cons:

The only downside is that the large supermarket is not particularly close — it is about a 30-minute walk away.

Pros:

Mooi appartement met heerlijke bedden. Vlakbij Wanfujangstreet en vlakbij de metro zodat alle bezienswaardigheden goed te bereiken zijn. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het restaurant is niet aantrekkelijk voor lunch of diner. Op zich geen probleem want er zijn meer dan genoeg opties in de omgeving.

Good location, helpful staff in an older building which can have problems.
Pros:

Good location to the attractions.
Close to various food places and train station.
We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed, views are quite good.

Being closed to train station is important as metro is very efficient and importantly zero traffic jam.
Traffic via taxi / Didi is really bad in Beijing.

Customer service staff is very good and helpful.

Hotel facilities can be questionable. It’s an old building and they suffer from drainage issues as we had to swap room on a few occasions. Staff are helpful but the building is on the older side.

公寓提供齊全的廚房、洗烘衣機⋯空間寬敞舒適又乾淨，像移居另一個家。雖是老派的五星飯店，整體還是維持的不錯！
附近有1/8號線地鐵，交通方便。但機場去飯店，建議打車方便，一號線沒手扶梯。故宮，可步行過去約20-30分鐘。酷暑的七月，還會多給礦泉水補充水分。

雖是無菸房，房外走道是地毯，難免還是有些煙味⋯

Best location to explore Beijing
Pros:

Cannot recommend better place to stay in Beijing than this hotel. Luxury, but fair price. You can even go walking to the Tienanmen Square. Pool and all the other installations are great
