The room was the real star of the show. Lovely design features that provided a stylish, restful air of luxury. The breakfast dining area was beautiful; a covered rooftop space. The breakfast itself was good, not excellent. The staff were kind and helpful.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr tolle Ausstattung. In unserem Apartment hatten wir eine Sauna, was für den Preis super toll war. Die betten sind auch sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer sehr geräumig, mit toller Dusche.

The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff, who was exceptionally friendly and paid attention to the smallest details—she even folded a t-shirt I’d forgotten to hang up! Her sweet gestures made us feel so well cared for, and I felt completely safe. I left my second phone and airpods in the room every day, and they were always right where I left them.

A big shoutout to Chef Pedro, who made breakfast such a highlight with his amazing, personalized meals. He’d come over to ask what we felt like eating each morning and then surprise us with wonderful Mexican touches. He truly went above and beyond for us.

The front desk team was just as incredible. Erwin and Valeria went out of their way to attend to our every need, consistently delivering more than we asked for. Whether we walked in at 4:00 AM or 2:00 PM, they greeted us with warm smiles and followed up on all our requests.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was so peaceful that I kept taking longer naps than planned! As a boutique hotel, it offers a level of comfort, safety, and genuine care that big chains and Airbnbs just can't match. Staying here genuinely felt like staying with family.

The staff were so gracious and professional. In advance of our stay, they responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. They were helpful throughout our visit, providing directions, recommendations and extra towels and water. Front reception staff Valeria and her colleagues were so kind and helpful, going beyond what we would expect. The room was spacious, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed and nice street view; the bathroom was large and we really enjoyed having the sauna to relax in. Great location on a lovely Condesa street, about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Parque Mexico.

I love this place so much. I want to stay hear every time I visit. The rooms are very large, some have saunas! Elevator worked. Pretty hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. 24 hours front desk. Very safe place. Enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning.

The place is woderful, the staff is very nice and caring about your experience and the rooms are very comfortable, all theappliances work perfectly and the Chef in charge and Lily are AMAZING PEOPLE, close to a lot of nice places, metro stations and key zones of the city.

Everything, sauna in the bathroom. Location to so many restaurants, bar right next door. Breakfast on the roof. The most comfortable bed and sheets. Great staff.
